Signed up for Betsio this month. The casino side is excellent – loads of games and the crypto deposits (I used USDT) were instant. No complaints there.

But the sportsbook was a letdown. Sure, the football markets are decent (I put a bet on corners in the Chelsea match), but there's no HORSE RACING. For a site targeting the UK, that's just a non-starter. There's also no Bet Builder feature, which I use on every other site.

Didn't pay out after winning. Avoid at all costs. This site is not licenced to provide gambling facilities in the UK and are operating illegally. If you look at the vast majority of positive reviews on this site you will notice they are located in the US. If you look at Betsio's terms the US is a restricted country and can't use the site.

But you are regulated in Costa Rica, one of the easiest places on earth to be regulated. You are operating illegally in the UK by providing the facilities for UK residents to play on your platform. I have reported you to the UK Gambling Commission for this. Your wager requirements are not stated in the terms and conditions on registering on your site. I have contacted your support attaching your terms to the email and no-one can locate this wording. You hide behind cunning ways to not pay out.

Do not believe any of the positive reviews on this site, each one is clearly fake (all only have 1 review and it's a positive one for Betsio) and TrustPilot allow this to happen misleading genuine individuals. The more people realise Betsio are scammers the quicker they will close up. But just like their original site they will pop up again under new branding and the cycle begins again.
