I joined Betr through my insurance, and I was genuinely excited to start a wellness journey focused on weight loss and fitness. Unfortunately, the website experience has been anything but supportive.
🔹 Navigation Confusion
Clicking on “My Account” doesn’t display personal progress—it simply states that I haven’t ordered anything. I expected to see my current weight, daily food options, and a simple “Day One” tracker. Instead, I’m left guessing where to find the basics.
🔹 Layout Issues
The site requires excessive scrolling and lacks an intuitive structure. A clean dashboard with drop-down menus would make navigation far easier and more motivating.
🔹 Repetitive Pop-Ups
Every time I switch pages, I’m greeted by the same pop-up assistant. Once is helpful—every time is disruptive.
🔹 Missed Potential
The program itself may be valuable, but the digital interface makes it hard to stay engaged. I want to feel encouraged, not overwhelmed.

- Create a personalized dashboard with progress tracking

I truly hope Betr improves its platform. The concept is promising, but the execution needs serious attention to support users on their wellness journey.
