Frustrating experience — funds disappeared in minutes:
I recently deposited money into BetMGM and the entire balance was gone within minutes. The platform design makes it incredibly easy to lose your funds rapidly without clear warnings or intuitive navigation. Be extremely cautious if you choose to use this platform, as your deposit can disappear in the blink of an eye. I am leaving this review to warn others to watch their balances closely.

Just a warning to anyone using promotional codes on BetMGM — make sure you screenshot EVERYTHING before depositing.


I recently used a promo code that appeared accepted by the system and even showed the bonus amount I was supposed to receive before I completed my deposits. When the bonus never arrived and I contacted support, I was told the code was apparently not entered/applied.


I even made a second deposit within seconds because I thought maybe I had made a mistake the first time, but the same thing happened again.


Very frustrating experience overall, especially when the system appears to confirm the promo before payment is completed. Save screenshots, timestamps, and chat logs if you decide to use any promotions.

BetMGM Ontario permanently closed my account with no explanation
and is withholding my balance of $1,226.23 CAD. I deposited
$1,129.73 via Interac e-Transfer from my own personal chequing
accounts, grew my balance to $1,226.23 through normal gameplay,
and was then locked out with zero communication on when or how
my funds will be returned.

I provided full deposit documentation immediately. Their only
response was a permanent closure notice with no reason given.

I have since filed formal complaints with the AGCO and iGaming
Ontario. Funds are still being withheld.

These clowns banned my account for asking about bonuses in their automated support bot, WITH MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT THAT I CANT WITHDRAW! Do not I say do not trust these scumlords that operate this site.

I have been with Betmgm for quite some time and honestly never had an issue regarding customer service. I was playing a game and won $7.40 but the win did not register into my account. I reached out several times to customer service to explain, even showing them pictures and still they denied me, saying my only winnings were .40 cents. Could I have been wrong, sure but they didn't even offer an explanation, only that I wasn't getting the $7.40 which showed I won. One of the things I discovered about another website is that if you win anything through a promotion you keep that money, there is no playthrough required. I will no longer use Betmgm because to me customer service is key. In the grand scheme of it all was it worth losing a customer over $7.40, shows you just don't care.

I got 10 free spins so I was trying it out. The game is painfully slow and I honestly would not waste money on this.

My daughter opened up a fake account (17) not old enough to gamble. She lost almost 40K. I contacted them and they said that she provided ID. I asked for the ID she provided. They could not find it!! Such a crooked company all BetMGM are rigged. They don’t care about their customers just about the money… Allowing minors to gamble away their life savings and just not worrying about the consequences.. Pure greed..

I would give a zero, but Trustpilot doesn't have one. Played a year ago, got so fed up that I self excluded for a year, rarely won anything at all. Started playing again 3 days ago, nothing has changed. There isn't even a hint that you might win something. Once you deposit your money, it's all downhill from there. I've self excluded for 5 years, have never done that with any other site. Hopefully I'll remember in 5 years how horrible the site is.

Playing here for years. Mainly poker. I’m a consistent winner in Omaha and have never had trouble with withdrawals. I’ve won big on slots and lost more as it goes for slots. I’ve had many generous bonuses offered for poker and sports and had no trouble meeting them. Again withdrawals have never been a problem. These donkeys in the comments deposit once or twice in the casino, lose money and post a one star review. Get real.

if I could give it zero stars, I would I signed up through a link given to me in my email for bonus and all that an, I signed up.. went and confirmed my email went and confirmed my identification and then I deposited money just to find out. I don’t qualify to play there because I don’t live in Ontario. I live in British Columbia so right off the bat they should’ve not let me open the account very least, not accept my money. I asked for my refund. They told me it would have to wait a few days. I waited. They tell me oh we processed your withdrawal and it should be in your account. Well, it’s been three weeks and I’ve gone back-and-forth with them and the company that does the e-transfers and money for them and basically they told me send a bank statement showing that you never received your funds which I did and now they’re ignoring me.

If you like getting emails that tell you you have "FREE SPINS" and then get into the casino only to see nothing, and then get told to send a screen shot to "support" and they "should" get back to you in 72 hours, well, this is the place for YOU.
