Here's an interesting statistic for you. The bonus buy cost is 100x. The theoretical rtp is 96%. Typically on average if you play 3 bonuses you would expect one win and 2 losses. Of course this can vary,its possible to get 2 wins in a row (although unlikely) its also possible to get 10 losses in a row (also unlikely) So on average if I play 3 bonuses i would expect one win and 2 losses. Here is the results of my last bonuses on said game: 16x 17x 17x 53x 15x 17x 20x 15x 18x 17x 90x 15x 29x 22x 16x 22x 23x 21x 63x 23x 29x 19x 15.
There were a number of bonuses that paid less than 10% rtp but these don't show in game history.
These kind of stats are pretty standard across all Betmasters games.
I expect to lose money overall but this is ridiculous. That is around 50 bonuses played in a row with the the majority paying between 5 and 20% rtp and the highest being 90%.
My advice is choose another casino to play on. If Betmasters games were tested and legitimately certified these kind of stats would not be possible.
Edit: Had another 10 straight losing bonuses on the game,that's now about 60 losing bonuses in a row. Tried the game on demo,played all day,not possible to lose more than 7 in a row. Believe me I tried,its not possible.
Their rtp is most definitely rigged. Be warned.

Deposited funds twice won money on slots and it won't let me withdraw and customer service are no help whatsoever I've contacted several times about this issue and no resolution. Everytime I try withdraw after 24 hours the money goes back to my account balance.

They pull a lot of shady things with bonus terms.
I always see 1 star reviews being removed a day later so something else is going on here too. Look at Marls 5 star review for example. Then click onto the account. That user has left 3 separate reviews of BetMaster at different times, all 5 stars and all saying the same thing. There's multiple like this. Trustpilot needs to do somethings about this as it is just so blatantly not genuine reviews.
They charge 5% for withdrawals with no cap too so if you withdraw €1,000, you're giving them €100 for the privilege.
The chat are an utter disgrace too. They purposely try to antagonise people.
Do not recommend.

Needs to be investigated by the commission
As others have said, the bonus terms are a scam. I took a promotion that was "wager €700 to receive 100 free spins." I wagered the €700, received the free spins but was not allowed to use them until my balance was 0. Also, if I withdrew my balance the spins that I had already wagered €700 to get would be removed. That is quite literally a scam.
The cashback system is another blatant scam. They say you receive between 5% and 10% cashback, depending on amount played in previous week. If it's any kind of decent amount, it's always exactly 7%. You could play every single hour of every single day, but if you've lost €500, you're getting 7% cashback. They refuse to explain how it's calculated too.
Steer clear of this company. They will try to have this review removed too as they do with all honest reviews and keep pumping blatant fake reviews that Trustpilot have no problem allowing. If trustpilot would like proof of both issues I have raised, I have screenshots of the promotion plus conversations with betmaster to share, and I have spreadsheets of week by week deposit and play history with corresponding cashback.

They claim in their response that they want to hear from me but my experience with their customers service team is shocking. They are incredibly rude and if anything they will purposely try to make things worse by repeating vague terms rather than talking like a human.
So thankful to see the genuine 1 star review influx here. I think trustpilot finally caught on to what was happening.

250 Euro Bonus Scam.
I joined for the 250 euro bonus when apparently if you bet 250 euro it is matched by a 250 euro bonus. Having bet 250 euros and won just 17 euro i was then told I have to bet that 17 euro and if that loses my bonus becomes available. So basically if you win with your initial 250 euro bets your bonus does not become available. If you withdraw those winnings you lose your bonus. So basically you have to lose all your real money in the account before the bonus becomes available. An absolute Scam.

One small inconvenience I noticed is that it is a bit difficult to find the “recently played games” section. I think this feature could be made more visible because it would help players quickly return to games they enjoyed.
