I’ve been a huge fan of yours since I was a young kid. Elders Scrolls Oblivion will likely always be my favourite game of all time.

I have worked past your failures with the almost unplayable fallout 4 (due to bugs) and lost interest entirely in Fallout 76 (again due to bugs) and still praised Bethesda. Not to mention the deal done with sony that I cannot purchase your old games without paying for playstation plus premium when I only want to play 1 or 2 really old games of yours this is disgusting.

Your move to produce Starfield exclusive to XBOX & PC has taken it too far and I want you to know that you have lost an all time gaming fan. I am not the first nor will I be the last.

It is obvious that the love and compassion has diminished in a number of your recent games, other producers like Rockstar who you used to content well with will absolutely destroy you in all aspects of gaming modern day.

It’s a shame that you have moved in the direction that you have and this is the Bethesda of today.

I will no longer be supporting or purchasing Bethesda studio games any longer. It’s also likely that we wont ever see ES6 as all you have to show in 8 years is a 20 second teaser trailer.

Your standards have slipped oh so far, and I don't see yourselves coming back from this. I hope that you prove me wrong and I hope that you reconsider going exclusive but until then it’s Goodbye.

Ich spiele schon seit meiner Kindheit Bethesda Spiele, angefangen hat es glaube ich mit Fallout: New Vegas. Seitdem habe ich mir ständig die neuesten Titel gekauft und auch durchgespielt und es gab hier und da einige Downsides, aber auch gute Momente.

Ich denke was mir den Rest bei Bethesda gegeben hat war der Release von Fallout 76. Das Spiel hätte, seien wir mal ehrlich erst zwei Jahre später erscheinen sollen, denn erst zu diesem Zeitpunkt wäre das Spiel auch ganz ok spielbar gewesen. Ich persönlich hatte keine Probleme mit dem Spiel, aber meine Freunde und Online-Bekanntschaften schon.

Ich bin zwar kein großer Gamer mehr, aber ab und zu schaue ich noch heute in Bethesda Games rein und spüre eine deutlichere Verbesserung der Qualität der Spiele. Ich hoffe, dass Starfield ein großer Hit wird und würde es dem Unternehmen auch gönnen.

One star is one star to many for a company like Bethesda!
Every game they drop is a unfinished buggy mess only really playable years later thanks to a billion patches and the relentless efforts of the modding community.
I recently bought Doom Eternal and my main campaign was missing, and it was not listed under dlc and just in need of being activated as several forum posts suggested. I though: Maybe I just bought a big dlc bundle? This turned out to be correct, ok then I will just buy the base game? But no, steam would not let me purchase the base game as it was apparently already in my library as part of the Year One Bundle? When I in fact needed to buy the base game, thus I went back and forth adding it to my shopping chart only to be told I already owned the product and subsequently removing it, after repeating this process about a dozen times something snapped and I was able to complete my purchase and finally play then game. One could argue that this particular incident mostly falls on Steam and their unclear marketing.
But it doesn't change the fact that Bethesda's games are so shoddy that Steams support wont even deal with any of their issues, and just refers you to Bethesda's customer support.
Bethesda supports response was to send me a generic pamphlet how to make the game work on different platform "make sure to sett the campaign dlc as active" derp!

Its not like it took me less than 2 minutes on the internet to see that this is a common issue with this game, but obviously not what I was dealing with.
I was then asked to provide proof of purchase and such, that I did.
They eventually got around to tell me what I had already figured out by then, that the steam store is a buggy mess, full of unclear marketing and that my bundle didn't include the base game.
Regardless.
This company truly does not care about its customers, nor the fans of the franchises they have acquired and subsequently debased beyond recognition over the years!
Doom is the one franchise that has more or less stayed true to its roots, I suppose we should give them props for that at least.
At this point dread the release of the next instalment in the TES or FO series.
The last installments of these franchises are so detached from their predecessors that playing them is bordering on painful.

Over the years you released your games for Xbox and playstation...and now games like starfield will be Xbox exclusives...y'all sold out.

Ich habe versehentlich einen Steam KEY gekauft und wollte Hilfe haben, die Antworten waren frech im Sinne von wir haben schon verstanden aber können dir nicht helfen. Ich musste das Spiel. Nochmal kaufen und den steam key hab ich umsonst erworben. Sehr unfreundlich und eigentlich haben die garkeinen bock dass man ihre Spiele spielt.

Ein selten schelchtes Unternehmen, es gibt quasi keine Möglichkeit mit dem Unternehmen Kontakt aufzunehmen, eine E-Mail oder Telefonnummer ist nirgendwo hinterlegt.
Eine Kontaktaufnahnme ohne Registrierung ist nicht möglich, so ein quatsch. In der heutigen Zeit ein absolutes no go. Dazu noch die unfertigen Spiele bei denen die zahlenden Kunden als Tester mißbraucht werden, eine ablsoute Frechheit und ein absolutes Armutszeugnis. Absolut keine Empfehlung von meiner Seite.

Erstes Spiel von Bethesda gekauft und angeblich bin ich schon mit irgendein Account verknüpft, obwohl nie ein Account von Bethesda gehabt.
Fraglich das sich ein Neu gekauftes Spiel automatisch mit irgendwelche Kontos verknüpft..

Bought atoms for f76 to purchase from the Bethesda websites item list. Only to be told i have no atoms. This is like your bank tailing you you have no money even though you do which is very concerning. I feel like they are conning me to buy more atoms to put into my account. Replies take Days and still havnt heard there latest response. Daylight robbery

Unable to reach support and no feedback email when you create a ticket

Just trying to contact support for a game and when I go to the site to create an account it won't allow me to finish the process, it only tells me that "something went wrong" and doesn't specify or suggest what and how it may be addressed. This of course means that I cannot contact support, I don't know if this is somehow intentional but I can't support a company who continuously produces games of such low quality standard then doesn't make it easy to contact them. You need to do better Bethesda. I'm hoping to figure out something soon because I'm getting a very strong full refund kind of feeling.

Should be called Bugthesda, first off. They will show bundles of things you can purchase but, you can look at the bundle to see what is included first. However, too many times, I have clicked on the bundle to see what is included and it is immediately purchased. I'm tired of their trash customer support over the issue as well. You wait on them, not the other way around. If you have something come up they close the ticket 15 minutes after they reply to you. So, make sure you have the time to sit and wait for them to get back to you about the problem or you have to start the process over again. The company seems like a bunch of sellout thieves and scammers. What happened to them. Used to be a huge Bethesda fan. Not the same company anymore. Totally going downhill.
