Customer support is awful, their account creation linked the wrong x box account to their game, raised a ticket... on the 4th got a cut and paste email back, and replied the same day specifically accepting that unlinking had consequences and confirming thats what i wanted then.... Nothing just sat at waiting for agent until the 12th, when i get an update warning me of the consequences of unlinking and asking me to confirm aagh, which i did, and its now the 15th yet still no reply or resolution. If your game/account all works fine then you'll enjoy the product, if not then be prepared for a horrible experience.

Customer support is non-existent. Developers don't test their product. My daily experience with PS4 is a half dozen game crashes, blues screens, and freezing!! One of the WORST buggiest games I've ever played!! Fallout atomic trash store is a greedy money grabbing cosmetic money laundering illegal scheme!! They should quit their jobs as they're all incompetent and sell their business!! FK EM!!!

Fallout. Why keep making more without fixing the ridiculous amount of flaws and bugs in the ones you already made. 76 is just filled with rage inducing bugs. Not another dime.

Fu** this company.
Raping both fallout and skyrim with complete useless updates.
Most mods that have taken years to develop now do not work anymore.
Rendering them pretty much useless.
Mods where the reason fallout and skyrim remained fun to play.

Wenn man mal überlegt wie viel Arbeit sich Modder mit der Fallout London Mod gemacht haben nur damit Bethesda dann ein "Nextgen" Update rausbringt (welches wieder einmal zahlreiche Bugs im Spiel implementiert) welches die Arbeit zu nichte macht. Gefühlt haben die das Extra gemacht. Eine Schande dass ich vor 10 Jahren ein Fan war.

After completing the game, and spending at least 600 hours on it, I can safely say I'm qualified to review this in a few words as possible. The game gets boring after 150-200 hours once you realise everything is repeat, it loses face with me.

I found myself grinding unknowingly until about 200 hour mark, then realise this game is worse than I thought, you don't know it's bad until you hit 200 hours in or so, after exploring, grinding for 100 hours, doing side missions and going through the main storyline, you start to realise it felt all for nothing. Simply because-
-The dialogue choices are dumb and have no consequences.

-There is limited character creation and options to play with.

-It feels like the game is woke even from the get go.

-It uses old game mechanics which are well outdated.

-There's nothing to do when you finish the game, you start again with a few extra storyline dialogue
option bits, but you lose 99% EVERYTHING in the process, in new game + all you carry over is your powers, but you lose everything else that took you 400+ hours of grinding.

-Money is hard, really hard to make, it's so much of a grind you cannot even carry that over in new game+

-Travelling with backpack is so slow and boring, there's still no planet mini shuttle to explore.

I haven't played it since I completed the main storyline which is somewhat decent, allbeit short, the game as a whole is a disgrace to my time spent, and the company did not listen to me when I told them this is what I wanted in game.

Now on a PC if you can mod your game then you might like the game more towards a 3/5 but on consoles it is a pathetic waste of my time to explore literally an empty room filled with boring things to do, all thanks to the annoying grind to make ends meat.

I am not surprised one bit, that this game was dropped for doing any DLC for it, it's one of those games you will play just to finish the storyline then dump away and never play again.

recently bought dlc for fallout 4 and it bricked the game on ps5. will no longer work. Wasted money to play the game again for nothing. Pretty sad

Me and my friends have been battling with the fallout games and Bethesda support for the past 5 years and only 2 out of 6 of my friends can play the games. one plays on Xbox and the other had to heavily mod the game and go into the files to make it work. I've tried going into the files and modding, but nothing has worked even a little. yes, everything is updated. I tried to contact Bethesda, but they said my ticket was expired and that I needed to make a new one. Bethesda basically doesn't want to do their job and keep sending me in a loop of writing complaints with nothing actually done to fix the problem. the closest I get is their customer support asking for my system diagnostics, even though I've tried to run the games with 3 different PCs all made within the last 4 years with new components. I even tried to see if epic games platform would do any better than steam, but the best I get is the games launcher. all games refuse to start or get stuck on the first loading screen I come across. often times I get black screens after the launcher, and I have to task manager to get them to close. the only way I can play a fallout game is through Xbox cloud streaming. they care more about making money than a working game

been playing for years and have came back to enjoy the games with the new show being out, i wanna install a simple dialogue interface cause the one in fallout 4 is so awful but because there mid search engine is so awful i tried to favorite it on there website but i forgot my password now they will not send and email to reset my password i’ve had that same issue 5 years ago, it’s so sad that they release this new content but still can’t bother to FIX ANY OF THESE ISSUES WITHIN THOSE YEARS

Starfield needs to be better. It has such good hype and yet it fell so hard. There’s no marks or indications for stores new game plus cool I like that you get to keep your levels, but I hate that you lose all of your ship upgrades everything that you upgrade every weapon what is the point if you lose it all all the outpost everything and on top of it all there is no good bounty system. If you run away from a scan you get a bounty. How does that make sense on top of that when you get a bony and both settled systems, where are you gonna go to clear it

If I could leave zero stars i would. Had an issue with a digital game code that came in another game that I purchased. The code does not work, I contacted support and was pretty much told "sorry nothing I can do" Microsoft had better customer support than these clowns.

I fancied playing Fallout 4 after watching the show, I just paid for the dlc & all I'm seeing online is how it won't work with dlc. Bethesda truly pathetic at delivering anything they promise. I don't understand how you break an almost 10 year old game that I've played & completed all of the dlc previously?

Since you sold out to Microsoft I will officially not be buying any new releases from Bethesda or even think about watching the Fallout series. And I love Elder Scrolls and Fallout. I was perfectly fine with not having an Xbox and now since you guys are trying to force me to buy Xbox you can shove a cactus up your rectum. I'm not buying a console that has programmed obsolescence and gives you the "ring of death" after X amount of gaming hours. Shove a cactus where the sun don't shine!

Fast 2k Std. mittlerweile in Starfield gesteckt. Von Anfang an permanent von Bugs und regelmäßigen Crashes begleitet. Diverse Updates haben Kleinigkeiten verbessert und gleich neue Bugs mit ins Spiel gebracht.
Die Idee hinter Starfield? Genial. Die Umsetzung? Eine Katasrophe wäre geschmeichelt. Sorry Bethesda. Ihr solltet vielleicht etwas anderes machen. Weltmeere von Plastikmüll befreien oder so. Coding könnt ihr definitiv nicht! Nie wieder ein Bethesda Game. Egal wie es vorher gehypt wird!

.. they so lazy they can't even make different time for events! We get same as NA zone on EU server!! If you have a work you gonna miss everything they do. Pointless stupid and lazy!

I bought creation club stuff way back when I was 16, I recently upgraded to pc as I built my own. I started linking my accounts to Bethesda account but it said my main account email wasn’t the one in use. I contacted them and they took 48 hours to respond. Needless to say I’m not impressed I had a message first thing in the morning. Replied instantly and never got a response till around 8pm the next day. These guys act like your stuffs transferable but if they think they have a chance to make u buy again they will try. Don't buy stuff twice. Especially from Bethesda. If you already own it and they refuse you the ownership go over there heads. At the store you purchased from. Find the receipts and give them hell.

Same bugs that were in oblivion over 20 years ago, still persist in games like fallout76.

Everything is always so janky in Bethesda games, constantly cutting corners by reusing assets. The walking animation sound has been the same for years, it barely sounded like footsteps then its and same now. They can't make things like vehicles and then try to sell it as part of the experience. Some of the worst graphics for AAA company.

Now trying to sell games as a service which means you lose control of your character if servers go down. You can spend hours on your base and it will disappear for various reasons.

They make interesting worlds and some good stories but gameplay, graphics, bugs, incompetent at creating certain things. Riding the cost tails of interesting series', only to put minimal effort in to everything they do.

Otherwise they wouldn't rely on the modding community to fix things for them. It's truly pathetic from a multimillion dollar company.

Won't be buying anything from Bethesda again, it's not worth the hassle anymore. They don't care so neither do I.

Most corrupt company out there! They lie about their products so much that people actually let it slide "because that's how Bethesda is". They buy positive reviews of their products and pay Steam, MetaCritic and others to ban everyone who criticizes their games even in the slightest.

I did not find too many bugs in the original version of Starfield and quickly progressed to Starborn level. The game became a bit boring once I reached that level so I decided to start all over again with a new game. The only problem with this is that there was a huge update that has broken whole parts of the game. I know this as I have already played the broken bits, before the Bethesda update broke them, and thus know what should occur.

The game is now so buggy it is unplayable in that the Sam Coe Estate saga is broken. You cannot speak to Sam Coe once you have obtained the map, which mean you will be unable to access a location that contains an Artefact. It does not matter which mission you return from, you just cannot speak to Sam Coe.

This bug will prevent you from creating an alien device that makes you eligible to become Starborn, and thus ruins the game.

Someone from Bethesda needs to get onto this quickly or people could start asking for refunds.
