Clothes didn’t fit so sent them back and then messages won’t be replied too and she won’t send me the money back and now being ignored. Terrible service DO NOT USE!

The clothing quality is so good, the designs are flattering, amazing colour options and the customer service is really good!

Ordered twice. Currently own 3 sports bras and two leggings.
Great items and very comfortable.
Only thing would be great is to have a confirmation email and tracking as you don’t receive this by email.
But would definitely recommend and order again!

I’ve ordered twice now and there stuff is affordable and thick. The quality is unreal, quick delivery and professional packaging which as a customer y oh appreciate. Such a lovely owner too behind this brand I also follow the Tiktok. Customer service is spot on! Always responds on Instagram! Always happy to support a small business

Affordable and flattering, ordered multiple times and never had any issues - pleased with 99% of my items. Since the rebrand the items are good quality and fit well, had loads of compliments and will definitely be ordering from again.

The materials are great and the colors are beautiful. We can't see through the white sportbras for exemple wich is so rare for an affordable brand. Multiple choice of colors too, hope there will be more soon!

One of the best gym wear companies out there, affordable and comfy. The only downside was that I paid for the postage at the checkout and then had to pay for another postage for it to be delivered again to my house but apart from that, couldn’t recommend them more :)

Ordered some clothes start of june still no items. No response to my emails or instagram messages. She will delete your instagram comments too. Please pay by paypal so you are protected !!

EDIT: I have just received the refund today after 3 weeks of messaging back and forth. Their customer service skills are diabolical.

I wish I’d read the reviews for these before buying…I ordered 3 pairs of leggings after seeing the ads thinking that there were finally some cheap (but decent gym leggings). They took a week to arrive. I wasn’t sent any kind of tracking or shipping updates in that time, I had to message them on instagram. They replied the next day to update tracking info.

The leggings arrived but when I tried them on (I sized up as recommended) the seam on the bum popped and there’s now a hole in them (albeit a small one but I wouldn’t feel confident squatting in them at the gym in any of the pairs now). So I messaged again on Saturday asking for a returns label (they do not pay for returns but as their item is faulty they should in this case) and they still haven’t got back to me.

So in a nutshell, I should’ve just got the same leggings from Shein that cost half the price, I probably would have received them quicker, their Customer service is better and I wouldn’t have been as annoyed that they ripped before I even had chance to wear them. I had a feeling they weren’t the best quality but I was won over by their marketing campaign…moral of the story, ALWAYS read the reviews - especially the bad ones!

Ordered 17 days ago and haven’t received anything. They are not answering my messages either!!! Now I’ve commented 15 post on instagram and still haven’t heard anything. What a joke!!!

I ordered 3 weeks ago and only now received it yesterday after having to go to the post office and pay a delivery fee.

I paid for delivery on the website with my order and she sent it as a letter so I had to pay the postage fee on my end to receive it.

Have had only one response after I called her a scam artist and demanded a refund that was ages ago. Still no message back about the refund or money back.

Terrible business! Placed an order in June & still have not received my items! Tried emailing & messaging multiple times with ZERO response!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Ordered a pair of leggings, few days later I messaged them on Instagram saying I’ve not received tracking info or confirmation email. We’re over a week on and they are deleting comments on IG, ignoring my messages and there’s no order in sight. So much for supporting a small business 🥴 awful experience, don’t waste your money.

Please can you refund my money ASAP. I have sent you numerous emails, messages and still you’ve not come back to me as promised with an update. I haven’t received my goods for which I paid over two weeks ago.Royal mail have told you never sent my parcel!! I was hoping to share your clothing range with my followers online. You’ve basically robbed me!!!😡

Poor customer service. I ordered three leggings and a top back in April which costed me £70. My order took a little over three weeks to come, for one, and one pair of leggings was missing so I messaged the owner and she said she would be happy to deliver it to me but had failed to do so. I’ve been sending her messages and giving her a few days to reply back in hopes that my leggings were just taking time to be delivered. But not once did she reply back. She has been ignoring my messages even after I had asked her to send a refund if she’s not willing to deliver my leggings.

Do not order from here unless you want to deal with poor customer service.

Complete scam do not order!!! Wanted to try support a small business, leggings did not fit so I returned after paying myself and kept proof of postage. Over a month and no refund or acknowledgment, she does not reply to emails or Instagram and deletes my comments when I ask her to please respond. So disappointed as wanted to support a smaller brand. I’d advise people to report to ombudsman and companies house as well as contacting bank as it’s fraudulent

Ordered items, 2 weeks later and they still had not been sent so I messaged the selling asking when they would be arriving, another week later they arrived, great I thought 3weeks later but fine, then I unwrapped the package to find the leggings weren’t the leggings I ordered and the shorts had multiple holes in them! I emailed again, she said I could keep the wrong leggings and she would send my order out again! Another month passed and it still had not arrived! Messaged the seller twice in this time and was ignored, although she still had plenty of time to post to her Instagram story daily. I messaged again for a refund as lost all hope of actually getting what I ordered. Today I was refund but only for part of the order. Worst customer service I have ever experienced, definitely going to look at reporting to trading standards. Also the items are poor quality, can order the bras off AliExpress for like £0.50 for anyone looking, delivery takes about 2 weeks but you’ll receive them quicker then you would from Bethatgirl

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Had missing and damaged items on my order so sent a nice message asking for a resolution. NOTHING. She will ignore your messages and block all of your comments being seen to other people on her social media. Takes your money and then it’s a gamble if you will get your items or not. Purchase through PayPal so you can open a case when she scams you. FIX YOUR BUSINESS LUCY!!!!!

Ordered £89.98’s worth of clothing, didn’t like the items on me so sent this back via their returns policy and paid recorded delivery.

They received my parcel via Royal Mail on the 17th May and have not responded to any of my emails/instagram messages asking when I’m going to receive my refund!

Feel really upset and disappointed that I’ve lost nearly £100 trying to support a small business.

Should be illegal to start a business and ignore customers!!!!!

I suggest everyone does the same and DOES NOT BUY FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY BECAUSE YOU WON’T GET YOUR MONEY BACK!😡
