Bethatgirluk Myshopify Arvostelua

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID I placed an order on 1st July and by 21st July had still not received it!! I messaged the company on instagram and sent them various emails. I even commented on their post to get a response. THEY DELETE NEGATIVE Comments off their posts. Eventually I got an email back from them stating my order was delayed due to an out of stock item. I requested a refund to which I was advised would take 2-5 working days to come through. It will be 2wks tomorrow since that email correspondence and I have since sent a chaser to no avail. I have raised a dispute with my bank but they have only credited my account. I have not been able to get the money back. BETHATGIRLUK needs to process the refund their end until then I am out of pocket!!! I WISH I had read these reviews sooner.

Really pretty colours and fits great! Great quality too, can’t wait to buy more!

Been waiting 5 weeks for my order. Never shipped. The owner does not reply to any emails you send, and deletes any remotely negative comments on her socials, even if you’re asking for help with your order. Going to have to get a charge back from the bank. Very disappointing.

Well I wish I had checked on here before ordering! Horrific company! Placed an order in June, the next day I got notification to say it had shipped.. 3 weeks then go by and I send 3 emails, instagram messages etc and get no response what so ever. I then recieve another notification to say it's on its way and whilst I'm still annoyed they had not got back to me atleast it was on it's way right... LOL! Last week I recieve a parcel with two items in it neither are what I ordered. So I email again to say that there was an issue and guess what..NO RESPONSE! I commented on one of their instagram posts asking for a reply to my emails and before they could realise two other girls commented saying she would delete my comment because that's what she done to them. I sceeenshot this and when I checked the next morning at 7am she had deleted the comments. Lord knows why but I sent one last email and ended it by saying if I do not get a response i would be contacting my bank to report them and get my refund who are now looking into it and arranging my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

What an absolute joke of a company, first time I ordered it came so fast and started raving about her company to my friends, second order placed and now been well over two weeks with evri still ‘waiting to receive the item’ she deleted comments on her instagram with issue ignores messaged in her question boxes on her story and broadcast channel, ignored dms sent three emails 48 hours apart and nothing back, she has seen them all as she’s more than happy to delete them. She has no accountability and you can see by her instagram comments she deleted negative ones because it will say ten comments but when you click on it there’s only two. Having to raise a dispute with my bank and there is no way of contacting her definitely do not purchase

If I could give 0 stars I would. Still not received my order and it has been over a month. Customer service is shocking… deletes any comments on socials asking for help. Honestly having received some items before from this brand it is nothing you cannot get from tiktok shop (just without a brand logo). No wonder she doesn’t do lives anymore, she can’t delete negative comments on there!

i ordered from the us so it took a little longer than the checkout page said it would to ship, but i got my order today and love it ❤️❤️🫶i’m so grateful that btg included not just the sports bra i ordered but also leggings and a top!! i spent like $60 total for what i would usually spend like 250 on. super comfy and cute!!!!

I ordered a beautiful green set from the summer collection. Absolutely gorgeous. Sizing was true to size and the shorts are squat proof!! I cannot wait to order in another colour💚💖

I must say I have always from this business, from day 1 the quality has been amazing, the sizing is spot on and the price is unreal especially compared to other bigger brands and have not torn and worn away on the bum scrunch and are definitely sweat and squat proof! To start with it did take a while to receive their items and customer service time wasn't great, and made me sad due to them being so amazing, however this is a business run by only one lady (Lucy) and she does all the work herself, she is amazing and her business is incredible and she should be so proud!! All her collections have been spot on and I love this business!!!

I been looking at this brand for ages but decided to purchase the new summer collection and it was so good !!!! I have felt so looked after by the business never once questioned them :)

The colour and fabric both to die for and I love how good it looks !!! I will say the shorts came a lil tight round the thighs and I even sized up so if you have thick legs like me keep that in mind.

Will 100% be ordering again from them :)

Amazing brand! All gym sets are high quality, sweat proof and not see through. Love all the colours and so affordable. I’m obsessed 🩷

Wonderful gym clothes, the quality is amazing especially for the price in comparison to others, always fits so well and looks so flattering, never had any issues will definitely be repurchasing x

I love the items I have received from Be That Girl and regularly get compliments in the gym on my outfits it's becoming my new favourite gym brand as is affordable and good quality. The only thing that could be improved on is the estimate for hiw long preorders take to come in as I've waited a while before and then not always had the quickest response on email. However on the other side when my package was lost in the post Lucy sent out a replacement straight away. I've made around 10 orders from Decemeber 2023 to the new summer collection in 2024.

Amazing quality and super affordable, I've ordered from here a few times now and I must say they never disappoint!

I absolutely love this brand, I have so many sets and will continue to purchase from this small business! I’m so happy with every piece I’ve purchased and I could not be happier so thank you so much!

The community that comes with this brand is so welcoming and friendly!

I will definitely be coming back for more as the colours material and styles are amazing !

Ordered for the first time recently and im very pleased! Colour is beautiful, material is gorgeous

Delivery was quick. Shorts and sports bra are both very good quality. Shorts are squat proof and all very reasonably priced. Comfortable to wear. Will definitely order again.

I’ve ordered multiple times and have always had a great experience. The package being able to be tracked on shopify was really handy. I’ve never had to send anything back because I’ve loved every item, truly affordable Gymwear which doesn’t compromise on quality. The last summer collection, the colours are even better in person!! *chef kiss*

Everything about purchasing from Lucy at Bethatgirl is just amazing start to finish😁 Website is great, tracking is too, and if you have any questions about your order, email responses are super quick and helpful. Lastly, the product quality is just incredible for the price you’re paying and makes me personally feel so confident when I am wearing them! I will be re-ordering 🤩
