I ordered on the 18th feb and I’ve still not received my order. I have emailed and messaged on their website more times than I can remember and I’ve still not heard anything back. They just take you’re money and ignore you

I am so disappointed in bethatgirl, it is a scam. Takes your money and you never receive what you paid for.
This has happened twice to me!
My boyfriend ordered 2 pairs of leggings in December and only 1 pair ever arrived. And I treated myself to 2 pairs of leggings in January and again only 1 pair arrived.

I receive very slow response and no email to say my order has been resent. How can you take someone’s money and don’t even respond when they try and claim their order?!?!?!

I try and support small brands but this one is a complete rip off and the service is extremely poor!

Message to the seller - sort your service out because you are massively letting the brand down and your product is actually nice when they arrive!

Ordered from them January 18th, 2023 and received no tracking info or confirmation email. Have not received the package and the tracking they sent me says it’s been delivered in Quebec (I live in Alberta so opposite side of the country). The seller says it’s not their problem and to contact Evri (the shipping company) which I’ve tried to do but to put in a claim you MUST be the shipper, NOT the receiver. Very little contact with the seller and will not respond to my emails/DMs. Very disappointed as I did not have a small order. Opened a file with Canada Post to see if they can find my package or do anything about it. Hopefully the seller can resolve this situation as I do have all receipts of this incident. Likely won’t be shopping with them again. Can also find ALL the same items they have listed for sale on AliExpress for much cheaper. Wanted to support a small business and now it seems I am getting scammed.

For me, this is now my favorite store for gym clothes. With I feel confident and beautiful🤩

This company is such a scam. Never sent my order and took ages to reply to messages and emails about it, then was really cagey about a refund.
Instagram comments are full of people with the same experience, but the comments keep getting deleted. Do not waste your time and money!

Made a mistake on my end with the shipping details, however once I dm them on Instagram it was sent out the next day with no extra cost! Great small independent business

Spent a good $140, never received anything and absolutely no response from the brand. Have tried contacting multiple times with no response. I comment on their insta photos asking them to open my DM’s and they just delete my comments. Like come on, i’m trying to support this business and i’m getting nothing from it. Absolutely not worth the risk of trying to buy from them. Losing money is frustrating, but what’s even more frustrating is the lack of communication. Don’t run a business if you can’t do something as simple as 1. dispatch someones items after they have bought them, and 2. respond to customers…. Sent a last DM, if i don’t receive a response this time then i’m not wasting any more time trying to sort this out.

Worst costumer service ever, no one is responding and still did not receive my package. Pleas do not buy here.

Ordered the scrunch bum leggings, a jacket and the backless sports bra. Absolutely love all of it! Super flattering, affordable and true to size. Definitely will be ordering again in the future. Customer service also great, getting a thank you message after tagging them on Instagram. Would definitely recommend.

Such good quality gym clothing at affordable prices! I’m literally in love with the backless sports bra for back days and the jacket of dreams giving me the waist of dreams I’m wearing all the time and getting so many compliments on it 🤍
