I have been using this platform for two years. Two days ago I try to log in and it says my account is suspended. I contact them and I get no clear answers! Account was restored yesterday. Today I play the lottery and win $900 and request a payout of $300 and my account is suspended yet again! I contact customer service and yet again they are offering no answers. I have never had a problem up until this point but with this happening I will be taking my money to another platform!

When I first started out on BAS, it was amazing. I enjoyed it because I could play in all 50 states. I only played lottery until one day they messed up my deposit and reimbursed me in the classic casino. I started to play casino more more and started winning big here and there. Making 2 and 3 deposits a day. Well, yesterday out of the blue they suspended my account with no notice or anything. Everytime I call I get bs answers as to why. I asked them to tell me why my account get suspended when all I do is play? No one could give me reasonable answer. This here sucks and they have an excuse for everything! You ask for a supervisor and it's no help at all! These last 3 days I rate them a 2 and that's pushing!!

I notice when I first started with this app they had good payouts on the casino next thing you know you can't win anything smh got to find me another site

These pieces of garbage completely scammed me..I deposited 60 dollars..money never showed up..told me try it again..of course i was dumb and tried again..nothing..so im out 120 dollars..didn't even get to play..no refund, no bonus bets..the rare time i did play the casino was a complete and utter scam..they don't even try and hide it..STAY FAR AWAY..they're scum..hope they get what they deserve.

They haven't paid any in my Sports Pool in 2 months. We are waiting on lottery and sports winnings. We are a group since 2019 and this book is the worst. Wagering system always messing up.

I was looking at the reviews, and see this 2025 year hasn't been nice, I have won from Betany, some good wins, however i loose a lot in-between, and that can be a pain in the BUTT! especially, when every deposit for a few months is sucked up like water that pisses me off. Over all I do get my payouts timely and the staff is pretty cool however today I decided to close my account because I believe they are taking, and no sense in complaining they do care, ill do better in VEGAS for Now.

Scumbag site. Won't let you permanently ban your account if you ask, due to gambling addiction. This is the only gambling site I know that won't honor self-exclusions.

I have a few pros and cons about this site. I have won quite a few times and received my payout with no problems. The only issues I have about this site is the time frame between winning and losing. For instance, if you win in April, don't expect to win again before July! I spend a lot on bets, for very few wins! Good luck!

They are not paying the money and coming up with different excuses. I requested a check payment for over $1800 they sent me a check, but my bank wouldn’t cash it because it was a foreign check. I could not take it to the credit union nor my regular bank so I called them and for them to put a stop payment on that check they were taking $250 away from me in order to stop payment on that check. That was truly a rip off stop payments is only about $25 less known $250 so I won again and request a electronic check this time usually in the past I received it within about four days now when I requested the electronic it was up under review then they sent me an email and say the electronic check may take 30 days after process now where have it ever took over 30 days for you to get a electronic check deposited into your account they keep coming up with different things not trying to pay your money. They are sending you emails, but you don’t see any of this type of information actually on their website about these payouts and the charge and fees that you will receive if you ever stop payment or that is taken 30 days for you to receive an electronic check, they do not have that showing on our website but they send you that in the email.

I only use this site because I'm part of a lottery group and it's the only way I can play in other states besides my own. The site is in definite need of improvement. Many times I've been kicked off the site while inputting my numbers. I have to go back and sign in again which is a pain. The site can be (and usually is) VERY SLOW at loading the lottery feature and many times I have to refresh the screen a few times to get the page I want to appear. Every single day I run into problems trying to select the dollar amount of what I want to bet. I have to refresh the screen multiple times or sign out and sign in again or switch to another browser in order for the site to work.
Many times my credit card gets declined for no reason when trying to make a deposit. One time I made a deposit and my account was not credited. I made a phone call to their customer service department and the agent told me it could take weeks for the situation to resolve. Three weeks later my account was finally credited so I never lost any money. There are times when for some unknown reason my account is not credited with the money I win. They always claim they're experiencing trouble grading the winning numbers and to bear with them. I don't see how this is at all possible since they do the same thing day in and day out grading numbers twice a day and in some cases three or four times a day depending on the state. I've never experienced trouble with payouts, they have always been made in a timely manner. Overall the site is frustrating to use and they are in desperate need of some serious upgrades in order for it to function properly.

I always get my payouts when I win and I have won big on different occasions up to 10000 never a problem only have to verify my card if I haven't won in a while. Love betanysport❤️

Won money on one of the Casino games and they don't want to pay .They made up excuses about me playing the balance of..I won 800 played t 7 and requested a payout and even asked the live chat how to collect..Next day they say I didn't have but .13 in my account..Scam Scam Scam..Don't Play people..Everything they do from Blackjack to Video poker is a scam..

Never again. I won on Jan 20th and as of today I still don’t have my payout! This is a joke. They are quick to take your money for betting but don’t pay out when you win.

Well i have been there for 19 years playing sports and it was great, then the last year played casino and i might as well flush my cash down toilet, it is so rigged lost thousdands thinkin it was bad luck but no blackjsk is so rigged Also supervisor her name is Adrian she is awful just there to be rude and tkae our money say way from here i must say the customer service manager Tortsyn is very nice and tries to help. serous at least sports you have a 50/50 change but casino 1 out of 100 hands

This may be an okay betting site. As to, my husband loves it. However, the casino part sucks! It's just like loading money. No wins or anything. I do understand that this is gambling & u understand you won't win every time. They have it where you pay for a bonus. And, you might not win. After paying 20 for free spins. I f7nd this to be the worst. I've played .25 playing 50 - 100 without wins or anything. This isn't like Vegas gambling. You might as well try your luck else where. Playing for awhile. Had no problems getting my Payouts but recently waited about a week to get my funds. I notice they have posted issues the certain payout methods and for us to choose another until the issue is fixed. I like the service, get all my needs addressed. I'm 100% sticking with them.

These scammers will never let you win anything. They will take your money as fast than you can deposit it. When you complain they tell you about random number generators.
