Withdrawal impossible
Withdrawal for this casino is beyond a joke. Iv played many casinos and withdrawal usually take no longer then 3 days. I cashed out by credit card and it got rejected, they said do it through bank transfer and I did, it sat in processed for 9 days before they rejected it again. Everyday I would email or talk to support, same excuses every time “ internal issues” but couldn’t actually tell me why they rejected my withdrawal. Cashed out again cause they said it’s fine to cash out now and I’m still waiting. By far the worst casino and I honestly don’t think I will get my winnings. Don’t recommend at all

Holding deposits from your account
Have been using site for a while now. Been playing online casinos for years. This website is the first one that has taken my Skrill deposit and held it under "pending" for 72 hours and counting. Every representative I speak to pushes out the wait time by another day....Online wallets are instant and I've never had any online casino hold my money for more than a few hours at most. I would not recommend this casino to…
I would not recommend this casino to anyone. I deposited hundreds. I did not take up the bonuses and when I tried to cash out 1400 dollars they closed my account. When I opened the account I was using my son’s phone so used his email, date of birth, and phone number because I used auto fill but then only changed to my name as account name. When it came to verification even thought I sent all documents required in his name and mine and explained in length what I had done they refused to payout and closed my account. I had also sent a copy of bank statement to show the money came from my account and a photo of my debit card. Why could they not just put the money onto the debit card being used for that account. I believe they have stolen my money and I have sent several emails trying to reason with them but to no avail. I would steer clear of this site. Other sites I have used have paid winnings directly onto my card I used to make deposits. They quickly take your money without verification but the won’t pay it back out onto same card. USER BEWARE!!!!

Diese Firma bereichert sich nur. Und wenn ich alle anderen Kommentare hier lese sehe ich praktisch nur schlechte Bewertungen.
Ich habe mehrere tausend € eingesetzt und verloren. Habe dann um einen Bonus gefragt und auch bekommen. Soweit so gut und alles rechtens. Ich habe dann mit einem Bonus ebenso mehrere tausend € gewonnen und eine Auszahlungsanfrage gestellt. Die Verifikation hat nach ca. 24h und mehreren Dokumenten auch geklappt und ich wollte mein Geld auszahlen lassen..als ich den Chat Support kontaktierte wurde mir gesagt das die Auszahlung von Betandplay bereits verarbeitet wurde und das Geld an die Bank überwiesen wurde. Jetzt muss ich nur noch auf die Bank also sprich 3-10 Arbeitstage warten bis das Geld auf meinem Konto ist. Ich habe den Screenshot wo die Chat Support Mitarbeiterin mir ganz klar sagt das dass Geld überwiesen wurde. Jetzt wurde mir mitgeteilt das ich diese Auszahlung selbst storniert hätte und das mir dieses Geld nicht zur Verfügung steht. Ein paar Tage vorher habe ich diese Funktion aber bereits storniert also ich habe dies dem Support mitgeteilt das ich diese Funktion entfernt haben möchte. Eine Auszahlungsanfrage sollte nicht mehr zurückgerufen werden können. Ich habe ebenso ein Mail verfasst und es wurde gesagt für die Bearbeitung braucht man zwischen 30-60 Tage.
Ich werde das jetzt auch meinem Rechtsanwalt weiterleiten da ich alle Beweise vorliegen habe und mein Geld zurück möchte. Hier geht es ganz klar um unberechtigte Bereicherung.

Stay as far away as possible. They’ll kindly take your deposit in seconds, but the withdrawal process is an entirely other story. They told me for 5 days it was “pending” and had to be done manually by the finance staff. Then, it was rejected as they require you to send a pic of yourself holding you passport, scan your passport, as well as documents showing your address. They suggested I send via email, which is in no way a secure portal. They’ll steal your money, use meta spins instead.

Deposit smooth but withdraw opposite
Deposit went smooth and the games were good. The problem is the withdraw that takes alot of time and they have a very weird KYC process that you need the elbow in the picture and many other things thats nearly impossible.
In the end I got my money but they need to improve this and avoid if u want a smooth experience but its trustful at low cash balance atleast

Depositing was pretty easy even tho the coins they accept are very limited. The amount of slots was ok, the site itself runs pretty smooth. The problem is the verification if you wanna withdraw. They want photos which are almost impossible, like holding your id with your left toe while you smile with your head between your legs and such. I already tried a few casinos, and the verification here was by far the worst. In the end i gave up and just switched to another casino since there are more then enough out there.
P.S. Now that the support told me the pictures are ok i can withdraw, i got another withdraw declined, this time they need foto with a piece of paper and id card and ellbow visible, not sure where to get a third hand. A buddy told me next step is a selfie with your house number in the background. If this sounds like a joke, it really is not. If you ant to cash out, avoid them!!!

Warning: Stay Away from This Scam Casino with Low RTP and Slow or Nonexistent Payouts
I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this casino. The low RTP rate made it extremely difficult to win anything, and the payout process was either extremely slow or non-existent. Despite claiming to offer cashouts, I was unable to withdraw any of my winnings.
Furthermore, the casino falsely claimed that they needed verification (Personal Informations) for cashouts, when in reality they did not require anything for withdrawals. However, when it came to depositing, they didn't ask for anything. This lack of consistency is highly concerning and suggests that the casino may be a scam.
Overall, I would not recommend this casino to anyone. The low RTP rate, extremely slow payout process, and questionable practices make it clear that this is not a trustworthy or reputable establishment. Players are better off finding a more reliable and transparent casino to gamble at.
Edited: If there was a way to cashout the winings it would be great but the options dosnt work and in your first page when you sign up says "fast payout" Fast payout its not 2+ h plus then getting rejected!
