Won about $200CAD

Won about $200CAD. And was told to submit a bank statement with my deposit amount for the month of July. Waited until my statement came in which took about a month, submitted it and now they are telling me that they need an August statement because I deposited $50 more into my account.
Like I have to wait another month to submit another statement seems ridiculous.

Biggest scam casino out there, they made me verify 3 different types of withdrawal methods 2 card 1 bank transfer. But still wouldn't let me withdraw my balance, they kept saying it was an internal issue and to verify another method. Account still has money in it with no way of getting it out.

Terrible Casino

Terrible Casino. They are very fast to take your money, but when it comes to activating telegram bonuses it doesn't work. I am one of the first to enter the code and yet it says it can't be activated. Then there's their customer service. Bad customer service. Worse site ever. They don't mind taking your deposit but when you try to make a withdrawal they will always reject even with all documents in place. Deposit has not yet been receive, when I contact Customer Service afte 48hrs afte that nothing happen they said now after 60 days. Crypto deposite will take only 2-5 mins only.

After a quick Google of the name that my bank statement says 'Strukin Limited' shows alot of information. One being that the Australian government has already issued them a formal warning for not complying with gambling laws. Other info over google shows this is clearly a scam. WORST SITE EVER. YES I've had 2x pay outs of over 1000 NZ dollars but they take your money an never give it back. I mean literally deposit money and it won't show on my account but will take it from my bank account, I tried to talk with support they say they are handing it on to the relative parties then it say rejected and still keep the money. I called my bank but betandplay have refused to release the funds. And then my dumb ass still plays cause I'm addicted lol (at least I'm honest) I put in over a few grand in 3 days and no return. Im not a hundred percent sure but after spending a couple grand the site is meant to check in on you to see if you have an addiction I'm pretty sure that is why casumo had to pay millions in debt. Just saying scam.

Habe bei diesem Casino 30 Euro eingezahlt. Das war vor 6 Tagen. Beim Einzahlen kam die Meldung fehlgeschlagen. Der Betrag wurde von meinem Konto aber abgebucht. Habe diesen Herrschaften zig mal geschrieben wo meine Einzahlung bleibt. Immer dieselbe Antwort. Es gab ein technisches Problem. Bitte beachten sie das es Stunde. Oder Tage dauern kann bis die Einzahlung in ihren Konto ist. Was????? Diese Wahnsinnigen stehlen mir 30 Euro. Dann heißt es das Geld wird zurückgebucht. Wann wo ?? Kein Cent wurde zurückgebucht. Impossible to meet verification requirements

I highly recommend not using this casino. I've used many online casinos and have never had this experience.

I did a withdrawal and went to verify my account. Sent in my ID and proof of address no problem. Then you also need to send in a screenshot of your deposit transaction (which I've never had to do on the numerous casinos I've used). Following the guidelines, I sent a screenshot from my bank with the etransfer to betandplay. This included the amount I sent, the date it was sent, and who the etransfer was sent to (betandplay).

This document was rejected. The only other screenshot providable is the transaction on the casino website, so I screenshot that and sent it. That was also rejected.

I reached out to support to inquire about what else was needed as I've sent everything on my end showing this transaction. The first customer support left the chat mid conversation after I resent my documents in chat.

The second customer support was just absolutely terrible. I was inquiring about what exactly I was supposed to send as I've sent all the proof of the transaction on my end. She just kept saying "you're missing requirements, please read the directions carefully". In which I continuously stated I've read everything and have provided all the proof available of this transaction. She continued to tell me I needed to provide what the requirements state and when I asked what else I can send and what I'm missing she said,
'I see on the screenshot the section called "details" maybe if you press on it, the information will pop up?" In which I responded that I had done that and had provided everything I could on my end, had pressed on details, and thus I was in chat as I've provided everything and it was not enough and that's why I was in chat. The conversation went on like this without customer support directly telling me what else I could provide and that I was missing requirements.

I blew through my withdrawal and attempted to close my account where that is another whole process and a half!

I strongly encourage any one reading reviews to take the 1 stars seriously and not use this casino.
