I'll keep it simple: if you've already signed up, close your account. If you're thinking about signing up, don't.
I decided to give this company a try, and it's just another operator working with game providers whose business depends on players losing. Stay away. Big Bass and all the other games are beyond bad.
Their only defense is hiding behind the RNG and RTP claims that everyone is starting to question.
I tested it with £250. I had only 13 winning spins in total. There wasn't a single win until my balance dropped to £45. Then I got £22 back, followed by nothing. It's always the same story.
Now they'll probably reply to this review with the usual "random outcomes" explanation, but it's all nonsense.
Playing Big Bass? Watch the scatter symbols that almost land on the last reel. At the very last moment, they pass by and disappear. Then on the next spin, the symbol that was there is suddenly replaced by a completely different icon. Just think about the kind of system we're being asked to trust.
That's why I believe players are being misled by a carefully designed setup.

I’ve just signed up to this site and fancied a play on the slots. I ended up putting around £1400 into the same slot Thor Megaways. I played every stake from 80p to £5 in around 4 hours.
Not one bonus landed and highest win was about £50.
Reported to the UKGC as this is not fair to the player and an absolute scam.

As others have said, this site is awful.
Casino's need to stop hiding behind RNG's. Pragmatic and other vendors offer casinos different settings for different games. Casinos can choose RTP settings, volatility and other approved configurations. If you're getting consistently terrible returns, it's fair to question what version of the games a casino is running.
This casino does exactly that. You'll spin and spin just to keep losing and getting rubbish bonus games - if you're lucky enough to get one.
Deposited £15. Got a bonus game on my first spin for £3.48.
Then I wagered through the required amount to receive the 100 free spins promotion. After all that play, the 100 free spins paid a pathetic £4.03. One hundred dead-ass spins for £4.03.
Eye of Horus: best win £5.80.
By this point I'd put well over my original deposit through the site and had virtually nothing to show for it. Constant dead spins, terrible returns and bonus features that barely paid anything.
This site is TERRIBLE!!!

Another generic casino that hates winners. AVOID
Betahoy is just another generic online casino in an overcrowded market, offering nothing particularly special in terms of rewards, promotions, or loyalty incentives. There are countless casinos out there, and Betahoy gives players very little reason to choose them over the competition. Even the interface is totally generic based on an assembly line platform.
What really left a sour taste was the way my account was handled. Initially I had received an email stating:
"Hope you're well. Our compliance team have set you a £2,000 per day limit. This will reset at 11:05pm today."
This suggested that my daily limit was £2,000. However, after I had a successful run and won some money, I was then told:
"Thank you for your message, I can see you have currently reached your £500 net monthly deposit limit, this was a limit set by our Compliance team so might not be visible on your Limits profile."
So apparently there was a £500 net monthly deposit limit in place suddenly, despite it not being visible on my account and despite earlier communications referring to a completely different limit. The timing of this revelation, coming after I had won, raises serious questions about transparency and consistency.
It's difficult not to feel that Betahoy is perfectly happy for customers to deposit and lose, but becomes far more restrictive when a player actually starts winning. If compliance limits are being applied, they should be clearly communicated, visible on the account, and explained consistently from the outset—not introduced after the fact when it suits the operator.
The conflicting information, lack of transparency, and absence of meaningful rewards have left me with little confidence in Betahoy. There are plenty of other casinos available, and based on my experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere. This is one to absolutely AVOID
