This site used to be fair. You'd win some you'd lose some. But now its constant losses. Ive hit the SUPER bonus on a slots game after spinning over 100 times. I was paid 4p winnings from the super bonus. Not the regular bonus, the super bonus thats hard as nails to hit. Thats me done with this site after hundreds of pounds lost without winning anything back.

I am not a bot, this is 1000% a honest review i cannot fault this gaming app i have been up on it and always been a hour or less withdraw straight to my bank, also i had a slight mishap i used my rev account they do not work with them i used my bank of Scotland since the live chat sorted it out and withdrew my winnings straight to my bank of Scotland i use the slots and the wins are great obviously not all the time, but when i do win its really good i dont understand all the bad reviews! I opened an account and placed a £10 bet in order to get £30 in free bets. The next time I tried to login my account was closed permanently. Online chat agent won’t tell me why. Don’t trust these scammers!

I told them in 2022 I am a gambling addict with brain damage and should not gamble anymore. They replied with a template And allowed me to continue betting for 4 more years until I said the same thing again which finally got them to flag my account and stop me betting.

I would of given 5 stars a few months ago. But since then have felt like i was no longer wanted as a customor.
They even made me change my password daily now they need a Mobile phone number so i can verify my account.
I do not own a mobile phone nor will i ever own one. So was told: I completely understand how frustrating this may be, however we do require for accounts to have a verified phone number as a part of Account Verification.: I have a PHONE NUMBER (landline) So over 30 years with them gone. They never even mentioned the £200 of bets i have with them and how to withdraw funds if needed.

I was trying the virtual sports , where I selected soccer World Cup, and four consecutive games ended 0-0 . This either reflects that these games are running without logic or someone is just rigging them behind the scenes to profit. when you complain they quote GRDP and their own T’s and C’s and say they can keep your details for minimum FIVE YEARS , more if THEY want to ..
Their customer care (or total lack of) is appalling , they don’t care that you have concerns regarding your debit card details potential exposure to compromise..
I won’t be re-opening the account and advise others not to use them

Yes I tried to up my stake’s from £10 to 20 that was on the 7th of April
for wanting to spend more of my own money I got banned for 7 days
till the 14 April
I tried to complain 1st to a robot
then to somebody who really didn’t care less
why you can’t speak to somebody direct is baffling
anyway I tried to put a bet on 2 days later 16 April told I can’t till 21st

Gave me £30.00 in free bets but couldn't use them , I complained through a very awkward chat line and then froze my account.
They should have a phone line, could of been sorted in minutes, gave up spending too much time getting no answers.
I have deleted everything off my phone and will have no more to do with them.

Im just a casual user normally bet a few times a year on things like Grand National. Went to use my account but they'd admin fee'd my account down to zero and then closed it.
Customer services just said they'd made the decision to close the account and that was it.
Overall, poor experience. Avoid if I were you or make sure you withdraw your funds after each bet

I feel completely misled by bet365. I placed the required £20 bet because of their advertised £10 free bet offer, but the free bet was never credited. In my opinion, this is false marketing and feels like scamming customers into placing bets under misleading promotions.

A company of this size should not advertise offers that it does not honour properly. This kind of behaviour destroys trust and leaves customers feeling cheated. Extremely disappointing experience, and I would not recommend bet365 based on the way this was handled.

Worst customer care system I have come across. Trying to withdraw my funds, but bet365 have blocked access. Tried contacting them and was told the money was on its way, followed by “can i help you with anything else”. I started replying immediately then straight away the service representative “Max W” had ended the chat with no option to complain, review or ask any other questions. Still no money arrived in my account or explanation why I can’t access my funds.

Casino games are just theft. Not regulated RTP allows these corrupt companies basically steal.
These betting sites need to be taxed in to the ground.
