I transferred my loopring coins but they never arrived. After contacting the customer service more than once through the app I never got a reply neither support. Please be aware of this behaviour as if you have a issue you will not get any help and this will lead to a financial lost. UPDATE: still no answer from the customer service except the commenting on TP, which is just helpful for the company not the user who need support.

They steal their users' money with the complicity of support!!! I buy ETH with my wallet as soon as they arrive in my account, and they are immediately transferred from my account to another in a minute. So I contact support who tells me that my wallet is corrupted and tells me to create a new one and put 100 euros to recover my money and guess what my money disappears again, in a wallet created during the conversation with support. Pure and simple theft! Be careful, scam! Danger!
Ils volent l'argent de leurs utilisateurs avec la complicité du support!!! J'achète des ETH avec mon portefeuille dès leur arrivée sur mon compte, et ils sont immédiatement transférés de mon compte à un autre en une minute. Je contacte donc le support qui me dit que mon wallet est corrompu et me disent d'en créer un nouveau et de mettre 100 euros pour récupérer mon argent et devinez quoi mon argent disparait encore, dans un portefeuille créé pendant la conversation avec le support. Du vol pur et simple! Attention, arnaque ! Danger !

Unzuverlässig und keine Zukunftsperspektive
Ich habe genau dasselbe Problem wie viele andere Nutzer: Der Versand von ETH aus der BestWallet funktioniert nicht. Jeder Transfer bricht mit der Fehlermeldung „Oops! Something went wrong with the payment. Please try again“ ab – egal, ob die Zieladresse bei Bitpanda oder Coinbase liegt. Mindestbetrag beachtet, trotzdem keine Chance.
Zusätzlich werden sogar noch Bearbeitungsgebühren abgezogen, ohne dass die Transaktion erfolgreich ist. Eine Auszahlungsfunktion finde ich in der App nicht, und der Support reagiert bisher nicht auf mein Ticket.
Mit solchen technischen Problemen und fehlendem Kundenservice sehe ich für diese App leider keine Zukunft.

Hi Alfred, I'm sorry to learn your experience hasn't been good so far! To send crypto, you'll need to have enough native tokens for the blockchain you're transacting on to cover the transaction fee. This fee is charged by the network, not by us (Best Wallet). Even though your transaction didn’t go through, the gas fees were still deducted because the miners/validators had already started processing it. This is part of the way transaction fees work on the network. If the gas price was too low, the transaction might have gotten stuck or failed.

I installed the wallet and attempted my first transaction — a swap between BNB and ETH — which failed completely. The transaction didn't generate a hash, meaning it never left the wallet and got stuck internally.
What’s worse is the complete lack of customer support. I reached out through the app and emailed the Customer Support multiple times. The transaction was on July 31st, and my last follow-up was on August 4th — still no response whatsoever.

I’ve never experienced such poor support with a crypto app. At this point, I can’t recommend this wallet to anyone.

Geld weg und kein Support. Danke Best Wallet!
Vor zwei Wochen per Kreditkarte Geld an meine "Best Wallet" überwiesen. Angekommen ist nichts obwohl der Provider Guardarian die erfolgreiche Transaktion bescheinigt. Auf ein Supportticket wird nur per Bot geantwortet, ansonsten Schweigen im Walde.
Für mich ist das Thema Best Wallet erledigt und ich kann nur jedem empfehlen, die Finger von diesem unseriösen Unternehmen zu lassen. Der Support, wenn man das überhaupt so nennen kann, ist eine Katastrophe!

Altes Main Wallet wieder herstellen nach Update
Hallo, habe seit ca. März (Update durch Bestwallet) auch das Problem das meine Coins alle verschwunden waren.Haben bis jetzt gebraucht eine Lösung zu finden.
Hatte auch ewig keine Nachricht vom Support erhalten. Doch dann hat sich jemand der Sache angenommen und mir eine Lösung geschrieben.
Immer wenn ich Recover altes Main Wallet gemacht habe wurde durch mich mit Google fortfahren versucht.Ohne Erfolg!
Nun sollte ich die Option wählen meine Email Adresse direkt einzugeben und siehe da es hat funktioniert. Man bekommt einen 6 stelligen Code per Email gesendet und danach einfach diesen eingeben und das alte wallet war wieder da und alle Coins ebenfalls. Vielleicht hilft euch diese Hilfestellung ja auch.

ETH von Best Wallet versenden, schlägt fehl
Habe versucht ETH von Best Wallet an eine andere Walletadresse zu senden - egal ob diese bei Bitpanda oder Coinbase ist, der Transfer wird versucht, aber dann immer wieder mit der Message „Oops! Something went wrong with the payment. Please try again“ abgebrochen.
Die Mindest-Transfermenge wurde von mir auch beachtet. Support-Ticket erstellt - bisher noch keine Reaktion.
Also wenn weder das Auszahlen nicht möglich ist (sehe ich keine Option in der App) als auch das Versenden nicht funktioniert, dann wird das Überleben der App nicht lange dauern… ich hoffe, das ist nur eine vorübergehende Störung, die behoben wird…

Best Wallet is best for access to web3…
Best Wallet is best for access to web3 projects and meme coins. Their support was very helpful and personalized with an agent assigned to me. He monitored an issue with claiming my staked BTCBULL, and offered great guidance for me. I would not recommend Best Wallet as a hot wallet for hodling, but it is very convenient and reliable for web3 transactions.

Después de haber comprado varios tokens en el premarket ahora me piden 0.0075ETH de fees para cada token para liberarlos. Osea cada fee es un valor superior al valor de cada token comprado ya que enseguida listados los precios se desplomaron.
No descarguen esta aplicación.

I was logged out of my Wallet and when I logged in again a new wallet was created and all my coins and money disappeared. I have created several tickets for the last 6 months. They don't support. After the first message they disappear. When they come here and comment on the reviews, they tell you to send an email to their support but they never reply. It's fake. Scammers!!!

C’est un SCAM !!! 100% à éviter
Des voleurs tout simplement… personne ne répond sur le support ni le CHaT … j’ai 7.500$ de bloquer sur leur site de voleurs . Les compte à rebours ne font que de se réactualiser pour recommencer 24/48h a régénéré de l’argent d’utilisateur. Faux API tout est faux sur leur site … comment cela peut-il exister encore de nos jours … je suis écœuré je vais pas les lâcher pour qu’il paye ce que j’ai investit.
