App molto pericolosa da farti diventare matto, dopo alcuni mesi che andava bene ho avuto problemi con un token in presale e che poi ho disinstallato e reinstallato l'app pensando che doveva funzionare meglio, ma era impossibile accedere di nuovo, con l'aiuto del assistenza tramite reset sono riuscito ad accedere al wallet ma era come nuovo con zero fondi anche se ho usato lo stesso l'email e frase di recupero segreta,in impostazioni sotto non c'era nessun opzione di recupero vecchio wallet che dicono loro, sono senza parole app da zero stelle, esperienza molto deludente!(La risposta del assistente non ha a che fare con il mio caso)

Zugang zur Wallet mit SOLX und ETH-Bestand nicht mehr möglich. Betrug????
Habe SOLX vor Monaten gekauft und auch gestaked. Nach letztem Software-Update vor 10 Tagen habe ich keinen Zugang mehr zur Best Wallet-Account. Recovery der Wallet oder Transfer in neue Wallet bis dato nicht erfolgreich. Support durch Martin bis dato noch nicht hilfreich.

Wenn der „Support“ Antwortet kommt nur bullshit…
Absolute Betrüger, der Support behauptet ich hätte kein Backup erstellt obwohl ich es auf Google Drive habe.
Eine professionelle wiederherstellungsfirma hat mir gesagt das Backup wurde manipuliert.
Ich habe das dem Wallet Anbieter mitgeteilt und wieder keine Antwort mehr…
Zusätzlich habe ich leider zu spät gesehen wo der Sitz des Wallet Anbieters ist, sonst hätte ich da ganz sicher kein Krypto Wallet eingerichtet. In der Antwort vom Wallet Anbieter wurde das Wort Beschwerden durch Anfragen verwechselt.
