Can´t login to my account
Hello,
I recently tried to reconnect to my Best Wallet account after some time, but I was unexpectedly logged out. I then attempted to sign in using my email and confirmed the login via the link provided.
However, the app is showing a message that my device is unrecognized, even though I am using the same device as before.
Unfortunately, I do not have a backup, and I urgently need to regain access to my account.

ESTAFA!!
No se puede retirar el saldo de la billetera, tengo 25 tether que transferí (por curiosidad, que locura) a best wallet. No hay forma de que pueda retirar, siempre me dice que no hay suficiente ether para pagar gasto, trato de cambiar algo de saldo a ether y no deja anuncia el mismo problema de saldo, transferi algo de ether y se lo robaron porque no aparecen reflejados en mi billetera total, NUNCA METAN COINS AQUI, ES ESTAFA!

FalHA TRANSAÇÃO SEM ESTORNO
Tentei comprar bitcoin em 20/01/26 pela Best Wallet utilizando a Unlimit para o pagamento mas a transação falhou. O valor foi retirado da minha conta, contudo não recebi os bitcoins ou o estorno dos valores pagos.
Já abri um pedido de suporte nos dias 20, 21, 26 e 30 de janeiro. O número do caso é 00181512 e até o momento não obtive solução. A empresa recebeu meu dinheiro, não me deu o bitcoin e nao devolveu o valor pago.
Já fiz diversos contatos e nenhuma solução foi oferecida. Temo que a empresa seja inidonea e esteja captando recursos de clientes de maneira irregular.

Funds weg - gefälschte Bewertungen
Kann meine funds nicht mehr senden und auch den private key nicht exportieren. Habe somit keinen zugriff mehr. Geld ist weg. Auch auf mehrere Anfragen bei dem Support noch keine Lösung gefunden.
Auch noch erwähnenswert sind die maßlos gefälschten Bewerungen im Apple App Store und dass sie regelmäßig schlechte bewertungen dort löschen lassen

Been using Best Wallet mainly for portfolio tracking across different chains. Being able to see everything in one place is honestly the main reason I kept it installed. The layout is clean and I like how it shows token values without feeling cluttered. There are small UX things that could be improved. A couple of times transactions took longer than expected to reflect, which made me double check on a block explorer just to be sure. Support wasn’t instant either, but they did reply eventually.

I moved to Best Wallet after getting tired of keeping funds on exchanges during all the volatility lately. What I like most is that it’s non-custodial and still pretty easy to manage. Setting it up was smooth, and importing my existing wallet didn’t give me any headaches. Swapping tokens inside the app has been convenient, especially when I wanted to rebalance without sending assets around. But sometimes the app feels a bit slow when loading balances, and I wish there was more detailed breakdown of swap routes and fees upfront. Still, for everyday use and peace of mind, it’s been reliable. Solid 3 stars from me.

I like Best Wallet but I feel like the app still feels like it’s maturing. The token swap feature works, but sometimes the fees aren’t super clear until the last step, and that’s a bit annoying when gas is already high. Portfolio tracking is decent, but price updates can lag occasionally. I’ll keep using it, but I hope they smooth out some of the small friction points.

I have been using Best Wallet for a while and my experience has been mixed. On the positive side, it supports the assets I need and I like that I dont have to rely too much on an exchange. On the other hand, the app can feel slow, especially when moving between screens, and some features feel like they are still being built out, though not sure why it is not yet fully developed.

Seit fast einem Jahr versuche ich meine Coins zu verkaufen. Nicht möglich - da mein private Key angeblich nicht mehr da ist. Seit einem Jahr arbeitet angeblich der Support an diesem Problem. Für mich ganz klarer Betrug. Ich habe BestWallet wegen Betrug nun angezeigt, kann nur jeden davor warnen und jedem raten ebenfalls Anzeige zu erstatten. Wartet nicht auf eine Lösung, denn es wird keine geben!

What I like most is having control
What I like most is having control. Knowing I’m not handing custody of my funds to someone else matters a lot, especially after everything that’s gone down in the space the last couple years. Getting set up was easy and I was using it pretty fast. Still, some parts feel like they're still being figured out.

Best Wallet is decent but not amazing
Best Wallet is decent but not amazing, at least for me. I mainly use it to track my portfolio across a few different chains. It does a solid job showing balances in one place, which helps during all this market volatility lately. I also appreciate that it supports multiple networks without making things overly complicated.
