Hello citizens, I work for a local newspaper in Barcelona. For 18 months, we have collected a wide variety of medications shipped from the United Kingdom, all through websites like onlinezopiclone.com, cheapsleepingpills, and others—basically, all those that require payment in Bitcoin.

The result, after sending this wide variety of medications to an independent laboratory, is that 100% of them contained none of the advertised active ingredients.

We believe that the criminal network behind this modus operandi is the same one that sells all the counterfeit medications. We are exploring how to submit our investigation to Europol so that they can take action against this criminal network.

In the meantime, we strongly advise against purchasing any purported medication from the United Kingdom sold using this cryptocurrency payment method, since, as we indicated, none of the 14 medications we acquired showed any trace of any active ingredient.

Put order in,said week delivery, Waited over a week, contact there customer services via email,. Got a reply saying please be patient, they will be there. Contacted again email after a month, no response, basically stole my money.

Not great service.you pay them and they fob you off with a ‘ we’re waiting for the bank to confirm statement before we process order’ . It’s 2025 just check the banking app! If only they were honest and reliable they would have a good website

Purchased sleeping tablets from this company as ive used them previously without any issues.
After I was provided an order number I immediately made a bank transfer payment when i received the email and replied with proof of payment etc.
For the past week I have been going back and forth with 'Pam' who keeps asking me to provide a screenshot of the transaction which includes the sort code and account number of their qaccount. Natwest doesn't provide this and i provided everythimng else, including the order number as reference in the Natwest transaction.

I m no further forward nearly a week later with this and I felt it was best to advise other potential customers before they waste their moneyt on an order which won't be shipped.

To date, I have sent at least 10 emails trying to get a resolution to this matter and i'm no further forward.

Absolutely appalling service!
I placed an order & it took almost 6 weeks to finally arrive after multiple emails chasing my order.
Each time I emailed I got the same random response saying to allow another week for delivery, even though on the tracking number it was showing delivered but not to my correct address
The service is shocking & you get no help at all from anyone & each email
reply has some random name at the end of the reply.
I will NOT ever use this company again & would NOT recommend them as absolutely shocking service.
Beware if they give you a Royal Mail tracking number as each time it wasn’t even linked to my parcel.
Also the company phone number does not exist if called if just goes dead.
All they want is your money which each time is paid into some random person’s bank account & or hen you get charged a Non UK transaction fee.
Do Not use this business as it’s a con / scam !!!!!

Ordered 8th may 2025, Tuesday 27th may 2025 and nothing.
I gave them £90 order
They said it’s being handed to dispatch team, but they said this on the 8th of may

I ordered diazepam and what I got put me to sleep, it knocked me out so it wasn’t diazepam , they sent me sleeping tablets or something else , I was not well after I woke up so they must of sent something disguised as diazepam

It pains me to write this review as I’ve used the company for a long time now with very small issues until my last order. It wasn’t received in a week so after contacting them I was asked to wait another week the same thing recurred over the next 2 weeks til the order was nearly a month late. I’ve sent numerous emails asking about the order but I’ve now been ignored with no reply to any of my 6 emails! They still owe me items worth nearly £200. I’ve been ignored. No items ordered and no refund. I can’t stress enough not to use this company as I’ve noticed they’re still taking orders. None of which are guaranteed no matter what they say on their site and you’ll be left with no items and your money gone! Please DO NOT lose your money with this company. I can’t tell you how disappointed I am. Frustrated as if they choose not to engage with me THERES NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT. ITS STEALING! Nothing less. Disgusting. So disappointed with their attitude towards me.

DO NOT BUY from this company!!!! The medication is completely FAKE and I verified this by having them analysed by my local TEVA Pharmaceuticals. I became seriously unwell after taking two of my purchased tablets for pain. I asked SEVERAL times POLITELY to refund me the £39(!!!), but they were absolutely disgusting with lack of caring!!! I have left this companies details with my local Police and have a reference number.
ALL I WANTED WAS MY MONEY BACK OR AT LEAST PART OF!!!?????

Unreliable. Still haven’t get my delivery after 29 days. Still visible in track and trace but no update after 25 days. No answer from customer service 😡

Arrived in the end. Delays were not fault of vendor but delivery service

ordered two weeks ago never arrived its clearly a scam

Used to be great but the last few times I’ve ordered it’s taken 2 weeks for delivery, you pay and it’s not sent out for a week.

Used to be good and package would arrive within a week. Last order was early December 2023 and nothing as of January 6th and they aren't answering emails or messages. Don't send them any money.

They shut the bank account I sent money to, then claimed they never received payment, even though money was taken from my account. I emailed 2 weeks later and they asked for proof which I sent. Now ignoring all emails from me. Still waiting for my order

Bestsleepingtablets.com allegedly sent Alprazolam (xanax).

Tested negative for any benzodiazapine content using zimmerman's

When using same kit to test known good Diazepam it showed strong purple indicating positive.

Whatever they sent was basically chalk.

Don’t buy from best sleeping tablets they take your money and don’t deliver your goods and won’t respond to emails

Completely lacking in ethics and responsibility. I placed an order for 60 tablets, received 50. Emailed them and they acknowledged they had made a mistake. They refuse to send me the additional 10 due to their postage costs (apparently) and will only send the remaining 10 when I place another order - like I'm stupid enough to ever entertain giving them any more of my money. This is tantamount to extortion and blackmail, and of course is completely illegal. They have been reported.

Update: 25 July ‘23 - I have finally received the rest of my order. Clearly legal action was required. Just a shame, if they had sorted out their mistake straight away they could’ve had a customer for life. However now I will go out of my way to make sure nobody I know uses them.
