Taking forever to get my dryer fixed
I have a warranty through Lowe's. Apparently, this is the only company that handles repairs through their warranty company in my area. My dryer wasn't heating and I filed the claim online on a Sunday. The guy couldn't come out until Friday. He comes out and looks at it and says he'll have to order the part. The heating element is out. I figured that is what it was because it happened before less than 2 years ago. But when I filed the claim then with the warranty company they must have used another repair company because the person came out in a couple of days and fixed it the same day. How can you not have the part on hand that is the most common one needed for a dryer repair? So, they order the part and I get a call back the following Monday to schedule the repair for Friday. Then they call me on Thursday and say the guy can't come Friday and to reschedule it the next Tuesday. It's ridiculous how long it has taken to get this fixed versus the first time. It'll be over two weeks since I will be without a dryer that works right. Part of this is the fault of Lowes, too, because they probable just went with the cheapest company they can find to do the repairs through their warranty service.

Had an appointment scheduled 8 - 12. 12:30 goes by, no tech. Get an email that a tech "tried to call" but we received no call, no text, no voicemail. Call customer service to complain as well as reschedule. Suddenly they "don't service our area" even though we had an appointment for today and have had an appointment they did show up for 3 weeks ago! Customer service was unhelpful, rude, continuously talked over me and just read from her prompt instead of listening to the issue, so a lot of talking over me to give irrelevant information.
These people are a joke
These people are a joke. Speed queen set them up to repair my washing machine. She called and it took her several minutes to find my information. Went on to give her four different dates that worked for me. She said no we don’t have any of those days. I said no problem, just give me your next Monday or Friday availability. She says we don’t have Mondays or Fridays…
So basically, you have to work around their schedule. They are a joke of a company.

He looked ant the washer and he said he cannot fix it because the company does not give him help and I need to look for anther company even I told many time on the phone the washer and dryer are stacked.
Shoddy workmanship by inept "technician"
Our GE dryer stopped getting hot on Mon 1/26. Filed a claim, had a "repair technician" come out to look at it the next day. He was only in the house for 4 minutes, didn't take the back of the machine off, nothing, just told my husband that he knows what he issue is, that it's a particular wire that is known to burn up and he's seen it multiple times. He comes back on Wed 2/4, is at our house for only 7 minutes to do the repair. After claiming the repair was done he left, 7 minutes in and out and he signed my name to the completed work order WHEN I WASN'T EVEN IN THE HOUSE! I was at work. My husband does a test load of laundry around 5:15pm when I got home and low and behold, the dryer is STILL not blowing hot air.
So my husband decides to do some investigating and pulls the back of the dryer off to see what this "repair technician" has done. Come to find out all he did was take the existing BURNT wire, cut a small portion off, leaving the remaining burnt portion on and splicing it into the connector that has some burn on it and then wrap electrical tape around it! This idiot could have burned my house down!! Because when my husband discovered that this is what this guy did it was now burnt up again and the electrical tape was now melted as well! So we're still left, almost 2 weeks later, with a dryer that does not work. This kind of inept work by a clearly unskilled and unqualified "repair technician" is beyond dangerous!

Irresponsible Servicer - Not Trustworthy
This company takes works from the warranty company Electrolux. Their rep came to check the dishwasher and took some pictures showing a roach and reported back to warranty company about roach infestation. This company never informed me what was the problem with the dish washer nor that there was roach infestation. I called the warranty company and they simply said because of roach infestation, the warranty is cancelled. I asked both companies to provide me with pictures or reports. Neither one was willing to provide it. The rep after the visit, left the house without saying anything to the tenant. I treated the house with Pest Control Professionals. Despite, neither the best servicers of america nor electrolux is willing to honor the warranty. What a shame !! Trying to find a way out of warranty by these people.

After approx 2 week and several calls to best services the tech showed up late. The service person was extremely rude. After about 1 1/2 hours her did nothing but research on google how to repair our dishwasher. Finally after he was completed doing nothing the dish washer was the same as when he arrived. We called their office and was told they could not fix this unit. How would they know if the service person did nothing to diagnose the problem. We have photos of this service person kneeling on the floor in front on the dish washer and laying on the floor in front of it with nothing open or apart. Sadly we will need to take this problem to Home Depot to resolve.
Worked for This Company for about a…
Worked for This Company for about a Month as a subcontractor, all was well the first month until my business started getting busy and I had less time to take work for BSA. Multiple times trying to reach a solution was met with resistance. They were un willing to work with my busy business and only cared about throwing calls on my schedule.
Communication about calls is horrible. they only have time to call you 5000 times a day to talk about how you are filling out tickets. Multiple times they put calls on my schedule when they were informed of my unavailability, which just made me look bad in the eyes of the community I was working in.
Charged me for parts at a price that was way above market value when i left them so they wouldn't have to pay me out for the calls I had done for them
charged me $387 for parts and took it out of the $400 of calls i had worked for them.
parts cost nowhere near this amount retail price.
May be a good company if you only worked for them full time and lived in an area with a much bigger population. being in Rural Virginia with the drive time between calls the amount of money was not really worth most of the time I spend going to the calls.

I would give 0 stars if possible. They were to fix our washer on warranty. First they called to reschedule for a week later, then refused to service the machine because it was a stacked system and required 2 people. We would have gladly turned the machine but they still refused.
Worst Service Company!
This is without a doubt the worst service company I’ve ever dealt with. First, the representatives that call to confirm your appointment play this automated recording confirming your appointment, except with the wrong details regarding the appliance/item they’re coming out to service. Either that or the Tech was just reading off of a script, not letting the customer speak. When I finally said hello for the 4th time, he stopped speaking. Then he greeted me and quickly began reading the same script!..I interrupted him to see if he could confirm the unit/appliance they were coming out to service. He did not have the right customer name or phone number. After I provided him with the correct information, he then stated that the Technician scheduled to come out needed an assistant and there were none available. He then cancelled my appointment. After calling Home Depot directly to address this, they put me on hold and called “Best Servicers”(wwwbestservicerscom) directly. Come to find out, because they didn’t bother having the correct customer information in front of them before calling, the tech assumed it was 2 units. A washer and dryer stacked unit. It is not. It is 1 single, combo unit. Now, instead of getting my unit serviced on October 23, 2024, I have to wait to receive an email or phone call regarding a new appointment date, whenever that will be. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this warranty service, nor do I recommend “Best Servicers of America” to service any unit in a customer’s home.
Unprofessional from the phone call to the tech
Best Servicers came out to attempt to repair our dryer. First time came out without parts and just reaffirmed what I’d diagnosed with the app. Second time came out and installed a new sensor but burned out an additional one. Third time came out to replace both work wrong parts. Fourth time came out and replaced original sensors. Dryer didn’t work still, called customer service and was told he needed to use the app. He couldn’t get his phone to work. So he said the dryer wasn’t repairable and put in the report that so we were told we couldn’t get another servicer out. Machine is 3 years old. Repair guy was very unprofessional the whole time and made us uncomfortable. We asked for another repair person and company twice but he kept getting sent. Incompetent workers = us having to wait 6 weeks for a refund from the company and buying a new dryer.
No respect for my time
No respect for my time. Said they'd be here between 9:00 and 11:30. Showed up at 1:48. No apology. Just "well, I texted and said I'd be late". (which he did, but he was even late from the text he sent). Then just shrugged, said he had to order a part and poof, he was gone. NO word when the part is coming, when they'll be back....nothing.

Totally incompetent and because of delay waiting for this turkey, Lowe’s refusing to refund our money, so awaiting visit by Frigidaire technician.
I wanted to buy a GE product but Lowe’s said this was a better fridge, so suggest you use a reliable retailer other than Lowe’s and certainly avoid the Wild West service of BSA

Very bad service from this company. We called Electrolux for a leaking problem in a refrigerator, they sent us a person from this company on May 23, 2024, they only took pictures of the fridge. Never called us again, never heard about them anymore. I called Electrolux today and they are sending us an in-house technician to check the problem.
Don’t waste your money! After numerous phone calls then emails
After numerous phone calls then emails, set a day and time to have them change the time and then they tell us they are having vehicle trouble and will have to wait another 5 days to get an appointment for a tech to tell us the new LG fridge is broken. they said after that they will send a repairman technician who will look at, order parts and make another appointment to attempt to fix it.
This company is horrible!!

Service tech arrived for first visit and diagnosed the problem without ever checking the dryer. Said he would have to order parts. After parts arrived, it took another week for them to schedule an appointment to install. On the second visit, the service tech took the dryer apart and found that the parts they ordered were not what the problem was. After checking for other problems that might be causing the dryer to not work, he left saying that he could not fix the dryer because he could not find the problem. I received a work order that evening stating that he had ordered two other parts and would schedule an appointment when they arrived.
We had already been without a dryer for a month since first calling for service and will probably be another two weeks before they return. This company, or tech, is like a shade-tree mechanic that just keeps replacing parts until something works (or doesn’t).
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

They came out for a service repair. I found the serviceman lacked common manners, rude, condescending and left me feeling like I was a pest rather than a customer.
Will not use them! Won't pay to fix damages
Waterline was not tightened down when servicer came to check our fridge when left water flooded our kitchen and child's room which backs up to the kitchen and caused paint and wall damage, company refused to pay for damages.
