I've used Bestpet for a few years now and have always been more than pleased with the service. I have a golden retriever who is on a prescription diet so I was really pleased that I could get it from this site and even better it's £20 cheaper than my own vets !

The dry and tinned dog food we purchase from you is excellent our dog loves it. Our recent purchase from you for the tinned dog food did not arrive in time for us to take it with us on holiday, so we only had the dry food to give our dog. we thought we had ordered it in plenty of time, more than a week in advance. we ordered the thursday before Easter to take with us the following friday, taking into account the two bank holidays that still left four working days and you say delivery will be within 48 hours.

Easy to order prompt delivery product works wonders 2 of my cats have fought for 8 yrs yet 2 weeks after plugging in feliway diffuser they are grooming each other!! Wouldn't believe it if I hadn't seen with my own eyes!

I have ordered specialised dog food twice from this company and although the price is comparable to other websites, the service is definitely better than the rest. My order was received within a few days of placing it (as opposed to MedicAnimal which took several weeks and numerous complaints!!!!) Will only ever use this company in the future.

Relying on your usual prompt service, I allowed 6 days to have my dog food delivered, your order acceptance email said "98% of orders sent out in 24 hours", [even though I had asked for free delivery] so I was getting really low after the 5th day and phoned to see where it had got to.
The young man [?] started arguing that because I had requested free delivery I could not expect it to be with me within a week.
I put the phone down on him because in my book you never argue with a customer, and so,after many years of good service from you, I will not be ordering again, there are plenty of other suppliers out there who want my business, without any arguments

Ordered prescription tablets for my cat, always had excellent service and speedy despatch previously. This time they didn't arrive and was told a number of times that I would have to wait three weeks before a new order could be despatched. Waited three weeks, only to find that the original order had never been sent.
Pharmacy staff failed to check order details four times when I called, if they had the delay would have been completely avoided.

Excellent service from this company. Rapid response to the order, immediate despatch, what more could you ask for? ☺
