Best Gym Equipment Arvostelua 

I've purchased heavy expensive equipment from Best Gym Equipment on three occasions and the company proves to be extremely reliable and provides the best selection of gear.

Purchased a Cybex Bravo cable machine from Best Gym Equipment. Had a minor adjustment issue & Best Gym were fantastic. Organised a technician within 24 hours to visit my home gym & correct.
Great service & nice people to deal with.

Great company and great support team. Lauren especially made the entire process very easy. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Their website says items are in stock and they aren't. Wasted a week on ordering products they can apparently supply but can't.

Ordered a pump barbell set, then there were some issues with stock and delivery. However their customer service since has been exemplary- an alternate set was received within 48 hours of agreeing to them and I also received a refund. So whilst didn’t get off to the best of starts and had to wait a while overall I am happy

We placed an order for a pre-order item that we were happy to wait for. However we received a dispatch alert and the item has not arrived over two weeks later. We have emailed and received one response.. not the response we wanted so we replied but all communication stopped. I’ve tried the chat on their website and can never get further that position 1 in the queue. I’ve tried calling which is useless.. goes to voicemail or tells you to email. Extremely frustrating the difficulty in getting to discuss our order with someone. Thankfully we paid by credit card but I would avoid and don’t intend to purchase anything from here again.

Their customer service was excellent! They went above and beyond to sure make sure I was happy I shopped with them. Thank you!

Great service. Within a minute I knew what was in stock and despite the disruption due to COVID I get everything delivered within 8 days. Couldn’t be more happy with the quality of equipment that arrived. I would highly recommend this company especially if your training to upgrade your gym. And with these restrictions in place might as well jump on there great offers.

Great price on a Olympic bar , delivered as fast as it could be considered the current climate.

Oversold a very expensive bike leaving in the lurch. Only admitted once I queried. Took money for goods could not deliver. I am still having to chase for refund. Lockdown is no excuse for appalling customer service and dishonesty.

I ordered a Spirit Fitness exercise bike from the site, which was showing in stock, paying a deposit via credit card and signing upto a credit agreement (with required credit checks). A few later I had an email through saying the item was being processed "and will be delivered as soon as possible". Great.

Only a few days after then I received a further email stating there was no stock, the item is discontinued, and would I consider paying the difference for a higher priced model (£1200 compared to £1000, but vastly inferior in spec to my purchased item) that is in stock. I immediately emailed back, but haven't heard back in the 4 days since. The phone line only ever goes through to voice messages, and calls aren't returned.

So now with deposit paid and credit agreement signed, I'm left with no purchase, no credible alternative, and - in the time since - competitors have a fraction of the stock they had when I made the purchase a week ago.

I suspect my next step will be contacting my bank about a Section 75 refund.

Not happy... placed an order in November. The items were out of stock and would be emailed as soon as items back in! BGE 7542. I was quite happy to accept this as was a birthday gift.
However, having still no news I have emailed 3 times for an update 26/12...29/12 and 06/01 ... no response whatsoever! I called the number on email ... it just tells you to email and response in 24 hrs!!!!!!

Ordered equipment on 6/11...chased on 20/11 to be told it’s delayed because of couriers. The tracking number I have been given keeps saying “in transit” since 23/11.

It’s obvious I’m not receiving anything.

Great products for the price. There was a little delay, which is totally understandable, due to lockdown but my delivery got split. This resulted in them arriving at separate times but Lauren resolved the issue superbly. She kept me up to date and arranged new deliveries. Very happy overall. Thank you, Lauren. You are a great asset!

Brilliant service. So good that I went back again for another order to set up my home gym.

Fantastic business. Commercial grade quality with well known brands at an affordable price. The company also have a customer service helpline to discuss your needs in terms of finding the best equipment for your individual needs.

My Mum and I bought a CU800 Spirit upright bike and it is amazing. It feels and looks like the quality machines I use at my local gym: perfect for lockdown. Despite the rise in demand during the second lockdown, my bike was delivered to me in under 1 week.

I’d like to draw attention to Lauren and Richard who assisted me on multiple occasions over the phone with my ‘novice home gym user’ questions. They were both very helpful, knowledgeable and had excellent customer service skills.

100% would recommend and will use again for future home gym purchases. It’s such a relief to find an honest, reputable and reliable gym seller on the internet.

I read the reviews, lot of bad reviews especialy lying about stock! It’s true!

It's true. I took the risk and order a cross trainer, I phoned, a couple of times, I spoke to customer services, I asked about stock clearly and shipping time

They said: "Yes, it is in stock, it will be delivered in 3-5 days - that was on 13th Nov - I stated clearly that I need the cross trainer until 19th Nov.

After 4 days I received a message saying that this will be delayed and it will be shipped on 18th Nov and it will take 5 to 7 days

I tried to call the customer services several times, both channels, including the sales, no asnwer! At all, I called the other day as well, no answer, at all!

It's strange becasue before I placed the order they answered the called twice imediatelly so I guess, once you place an oder your phone number is in the system and they won't take your call!!!

I cancelled and ask for a refund! I will never ever order again from this company!

I ordered a barbell set and it was delivered within 7 days. Great equipment, well packaged and I love it! Can’t wait to do body pump at home during this second lockdown. When I contacted the website they answered immediately. Couldn’t wish for better service. Thank you ❤️
