Took way too long to arrive , package did not make it for the party even though it was ordered 1 month before

Shipping was slow and the quality was poor. I paid to upgrade to the premium rubber mat. It was cheap, very thin, and had a bubble in the rubber. I purchased it as a gift for a friend but was too embarrassed to give it to her.

Took forever to get, thought I ordered with plenty of time. Not what I was expecting either, didnt look like the pictures. Was cool picture but everything else wasn't what I thought. Won't order from again

It really looked great and the job was great but a bit disappointed in the size for some reason I was thinking it was bigger

It’s cute but smaller than I thought and you can’t make out the photo at all. I’ve decided I’m not giving it to her as a gift because she won’t know what the picture is supposed to be. But the quality is good

I never received my order in full, I purchased a pillow and a pop up came up asking if id like to purchase additional items which i did, only to not receive them , they were keychain and air freshner pictures. WILL NOT BE PURCHASING OR RECOMMENDING TO anyone!!!

The print comes out blurry and inconsistent. Customer service says it is what you ordered. What a joke! I asked for a mug to be printed out clearly and sent photos in and was told sorry for the inconvenience.

Loved the memorial plaque - it is of high quality and nicely done. The verse is very inspiring. It did take much longer than expected to arrive, but it was worth the wait.

Still have not received the correct item.

My order which was a piece of art from my granddaughter came out perfect.. it was a very easy process . I would definitely order again

This took about 5 weeks to arrive, not the 7-10 days it said when I ordered. When questioned about the status of my order I was told there were issues with USPS causing delay. This was a lie, because the tracking showed this came from China ( no indication at all on website this was coming from over seas) and took a very long time to get to the US and then make it through customs. Zero up date in tracking for 1-2 weeks some times. It finally arrived and appears to be sturdy metal but unclear if the “ engraving” is just printed on or actually engraved so we will see how it stands up to weather. The stake is only about 6 inches long, not how it was pictured on website so will need to attach a longer stake to it so it is visible above ground and doesn’t get completely buried by snow, mulch or leaves.

Te cake topper I ordered is beautiful, exceptional quality. Bestcustom also expedited my order, so that I had it when I needed it.

I was pleased with my product, but did not receive it in a timely manner. I paid for expedited service and it came in more than 2 weeks after the anniversary party that I had ordered it for.

Ordered my item on 10/9/25 it’s now 10/23 and the item has yet to be successfully delivered.

Update!!! My order was "already delivered" by the time your company decided to reply on today 10/27. My item was delivered as of Saturday 10/25 two days after this review was published. 18 days for delivery missed the 10 day window of expected arrival and showed up late past the timeframe the item was needed for gifting. Poor customer service AND there are other pinned locations bold on photo so it looks tacky and doesn’t have a single heart on photo. Not as satisfying as I thought it would be, waisted money unfortunately.

Quick receiving the item, personalized

I’m living in Germany so I knew package would take a long time but almost a month felt ridiculous. Even with customs. Lucky the product came 2 days before the birthday of the person receiving the gift. The gift itself looked amazing. But overall a bit of a pain to wait for.

I did not realize that everything was being made in and shipped directly from China, which means even with “expedited” shipping it will take weeks for your order to arrive! The checkout process did not give me an anticipated delivery date, which should have been a red flag. I did not receive an order update until more than 1 week after ordering, and that was only after I emailed customer service to demand an update. I was told my order had shipped, but that is obviously not true because the “tracking link” has not updated for 2 days. I would cancel the order if I could!
Don’t fall for low prices… buy American Made, or even better… pay someone local to make what you want. It will probably cost more, but you will get what you wanted in a reasonable timeframe… unlike BestCustom!
