I would not order from BCP. I ordered a lighted Christmas tree. I was told it had shipped. Come to find out they printed the FedEx label but never delivered to FedEx. It took over a week to get a straight answer from them as to what happened. Too late now to get it in time for Christmas as they said delivery would be the 24th. Twice I asked to have someone call me and was told I was in the queue BUT never got a call.

When my outdoor reindeer and sleigh arrived I was so excited. I started to put the Reindeer together and found the head was missing. Of course I was disappointed. I sent the Company an email explaining the situation. I asked for them to send a head or refund the money. They explained they couldn't send part of the Reindeer but will refund all my money which was in my bank within 3 day. Honest Company!

They sent a smaller tree than what I ordered and the lights didn't work. I contacted customer service and they only communicate through chat or email and told me that most of their customers prefer it that way. Who spends hundreds of dollars and can't call to discuss if their is an issue. All reputable companies have a phone number. I requested a phone number twice via chat and never received one. Don't waste your money with them. Buy from a reputable company.

One side of the wreath I purchased does not light up as well as the other. It seems like the lights are covered up by the wire frame. Sad about that!

The garlands are full and lovely but the lights don’t work.

Sent the product right away. Arrived only a few days later.

Excellent customer service, very prompt and customer service.

We received exactly what we ordered and it was delivered fast and efficiently.

Horrible place and service. They wouldn't even cancel before the place shipped my item and the person I was talking to was rude. Disgusting customer service and wasteful company. Don't trust.

Great customer service!

This is my second time ordering from them and they never disappoint.

This company uses a cheap unreliable delivery company ontrac. They’ll take your money but you’ll never get your product. This company is a scam and needs shut down.

I bought these little Christmas trees for the yard because I wanted to look like a Christmas tree farm during Christmas. They are so adorable. It’s like my favorite thing of my outside decorations. I think I bought like 10 of them

They worked hard to make their mistake right. I appreciate that.

The sectional we bought seems like it is good quality and will serve us well. It arrived with a small part damaged, and the customer service rep went above and beyond to make things right. The customer service was so excellent that I will absolutely buy from this company again!

Best Choice Products provided exactly the chair that it advertised, promptly and efficiently. My order was filled accurately and quickly.

They arrived very quickly. Took me a while to find someone to put them together. Very please on how they look

I purchased a MGrx which is equipment to treat Meibomian glands. BCP failed to send it and the email contact address also failed to work. So no product and no contact. Fortunately I paid with PayPal and was able to have purchase refunded. Not a company I would recommend

Happy with it so far! The cushions are nice and thick. We’ll see how it holds up to the California sun..

Good product, easy to use as advertised.
