They are clearly misleading customers. After payment, they simply return the exact same file you uploaded, completely untranslated. When you contact them, they suggest that you may need an OCR tool, which you are then expected to find and pay for yourself.

To make matters worse, they do not offer refunds for orders placed through their website. This raises serious concerns about their business practices. Are customers really expected to travel to their country with physical documents just to ensure that, in case of an issue, they can request a refund?

Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to be cautious.

I used their service to reduce a PDF size. In the interface it was promised it would be reduced to 2 MB, however the resulted document was the original size. I repeated many times with the same success.

I've wrote them but according to their policy, they don't do refunds, even if they're product is totally deceptive.

Suite au paiement demandé par best-pdf pour recevoir mon document, ma carte bancaire à subit une fraude.

the reason I wanted to confert a PDF was because the scanned document with the signature was to big to upoad on a website. But after I made it a word doc the signature was not at all visible.. Cancelled right away, will not use it again.

I just have no words for how this company is very aggressively collecting payment.
I was extra alert about the conditions. But still somehow, I probably paid like €1 for one service and now there was a withdraw for €40. Through PayPal. Just can't believe this is happening. So @paypal , your next. I'm deleting all my services with you.

Very disappointed! Issues can happen everywhere but the communication and waisted time trying to solve a situation and receiving back same sistematic response with no solutions. I've reported to Paypal the situation with all proof and screenshots as looks like the company is not interested to solve any issues. Very disappointed in the company. I paid for one time access to transcribe a doc as needed just for one time and one week later they take £39,95. It appears the 95p was a paid trial subscription, which 1 week later I received the payment for the full amount.

Renvoi automatique sur le site best.pdf .Ce site fait croire qu'il ne faut payer que 0.50€ et...débit tous les mois de 20 ou 30€.il faut se remettre sur le site et annuler l'abonnement non expliqué non demandé.Tres limite en terme de transparence .

Rapide et efficace j ai eu l attestation d'hébergement rapidement je recommande.
