Poor customer service - they ignore my emails and don't want to replace a defect casserole I have received where the coating has a scratch and is fallen off.

I can't recommend this company unfortunately...

Assolutamente una bruttissima esperienza,ho acquistato un set pentole e padelle complete,che mi è costato quasi €200,avevo ordinato un modello nero cromato,mi hanno contattato dicendo che quello non era disponibile ma che potevano darmi un altro set nero ma con i manici diversi,ho accettato.
Quando mi sono arrivati,esteticamente non c è nulla da dire sono molto belli,ma solo dopo qualche settimana hanno cominciato a perdere colore e smanciarsi tutte! Ho contattato l assistenza per un reclamo e mi hanno risposto che sicuramente ho effettuato io un lavaggio sbagliato,quando io semplicemente le ho lavate pochissime volte perché le ho da veramente poco,in lavastoviglie,com è possibile farlo e con i prodotti giusti e adeguati.Inoltre avevo acquistato anche dei coltelli da bistecca e si sono arrugginiti alla base in pochissimo tempo,quindi penso che i prodotti siano belli,ma tutto di scarsa qualità!
Sono molto delusa e amareggiata,non comprerò mai più nulla e non lo consiglierò mai a nessuno!

Deze artikelen zien er kwalitatief niet goed uit en verschillen allemaal van kleur. Twee pannen zitten in de originele verpakking, de rest van de artikelen zitten los in de doos. Ik heb alles in de kleur i-rose besteld en krijg andere kleuren (meer dan 3) toegestuurd. kreeg verschillende kleuren pannen geleverd en vroeg om een retourbon. Deze kreeg ik niet. Hiernaast kreeg ik geen retourbon en draaide ik zelf voor de retourkosten op. Ik hen 45, 55 aan verzendkosten betaald en wacht nog steeds op mijn geld. Bestel dit merk maar liever via Zalando.

Zeer tevreden met mijn aankoop! Het hele proces was eenvoudig en snel, en mijn bestelling werd zonder vertraging geleverd.

Het product ziet er precies uit zoals op de foto’s en werkt perfect. Vooral het design vind ik erg mooi – het past perfect in mijn keuken.

Ik zal zeker opnieuw bestellen. Aanrader!

My experience with Berlinger Haus has been nothing short of a nightmare. I made a significant purchase of €580 during their Black Friday sale, which included a bulk discount. Among the items was a kitchen scale that arrived defective. Since then, dealing with their customer service has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had.

Initially, I requested a replacement for the defective scale. However, I was told that if I didn’t order additional items, they wouldn’t waive the €10 shipping fee. This is outrageous, considering the fault lies entirely with Berlinger Haus for delivering a broken product. I only asked for the shipping cost to be waived on the replacement – a reasonable request that they flat-out refused.

What’s even worse is that Berlinger Haus initially agreed to replace the scale. However, once they learned I wasn’t planning to buy additional items, they retracted their offer. Instead, they tried to force me into accepting a refund that doesn’t cover the cost of reordering the scale due to the Black Friday discount I originally received. This would leave me at a financial disadvantage, as I’d also have to pay the shipping cost again.

The customer service team has been incredibly unhelpful throughout this process. They’ve ignored emails, broken promises, and demonstrated a complete lack of respect for their customers. It’s now been over a month of back-and-forth, with no resolution in sight.

I deeply regret choosing Berlinger Haus. Their products may look appealing, but the way they treat their customers is appalling. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

ADVARSEL køb intet af deres produkter.
Har skrevet til dem omkring om deres gryder og pander nu også kan passe til induktion hvilken de svaret ja til. Får deres produkter hjem hvor blandt andet kasserollen er så skæv i bunden af den ikke skal stå på glaspladen. Tilligemed kan jeg kun bruge en af de 4 kogezoner til 3 af gryderne samt 2 af panderne. Med andre ord så er deres produkter rent skrot og total spild af penge. De vil ikke engang dække omkostninger ved tilbageleveringen.

Vi købte en Berlingerhaus køkkenmaskine. En rigtig flot maskine med sort stel og kobberfarvet røreskål. Efter 2 vaske begyndt kobberlaget at skalle af. Det var kun en tynd film der var sat udenpå skålen.
Maskinen larmer uhørt meget og er ikke ret god til at få rørt ordentligt rundt i hele massen. Det har været en meget skuffende oplevelse. Vi forsøgte at kontakte Berlingerhaus men uden held. Vi har helt klart en oplevelse af at have spildt 1250 kr. Vi købte den på Livsstilmessen og er meget overraskede over at sælgeren kunne sælge os denne mangelfulde vare

Hele slechte kwaliteit! Al na 1x gebruiken us de pan krom getrokken en niet meer te gebruiken op mijn inductie kookplaat.
Ze zien er fraai uit, maar de kwaliteit is zeer onvoldoende.

Have been contacting them since January, no response back, they sent a wrong(wrong items) and incomplete(missing a couple of items too) order, they are scammers, avoid them.
They didn't refund nor send any of the correct items.

Ik probeer ze sinds 08 december j.l. via alle manieren te bereiken.
Het is nog niet gelukt om in contact en/of antwoord te krijgen. (Mail, fb, website en via telf.)
Telefonisch contact gehad in het engels, totaal geen duidelijk antwoord op mijn klacht gekregen of er nu een nieuw product word opgestuurd?
Geen bevestiging via email helemaal niks ontvangen!!!!
Ordernummer doorgegeven etc.
Graag snelle oplossing.
