Very Happy With Course and the Content.
I have enjoyed doing this course and felt supported throughout with Sophie, I have undiagnosed ADHD and although I am on the waiting list for the diagnosis nothing can be put in place to support until I have the diagnosis, however Sophie recognized my needs and ways of learning and she supported me so much. I have nearly completed the course with only the practical assessments to go. I feel I have learnt and gained knowledge on SEND and Teaching strategies and resources.

SEND T A Apprenticeship
Achieving Module 9 of the SEND T A Apprenticeship so far has been an amazing journey of understanding, growth, and stepping outside of my comfort zones. My journey has not been a lone endeavour, but one of genuine partnership, thanks to the support of my amazing Skills Coach, Andrea Horton.
Andrea is skilled at showing me what I can achieve with her wise words of encouragement. She has expertly guided me through the modules always with enthusiasm, experience and confidence. Always just a phone call or message away, she brings understanding, humour and energy to our chats.
Learning with Andrea is not only interesting but also thought provoking - no question is too big or too small.
Our conversations leave me curious to explore more and confident that I’m learning from a course that’s not only great for my job as a Teaching Assistant in mainstream secondary education but also enriched by Andrea’s vast experience and access and up-to-date knowledge of the SEND sector.
I no longer see myself as “just a TA.” Andrea has a knack for making me feel important and valued in my role, and I often leave our discussions brimming with ideas to get working on! Through her genuine warmth and support, she has helped me grow in confidence and begin to challenge myself, something I would have previously been too timid to attempt.
My appetite for learning has grown thanks to the varied and engaging course content of the modules. I really appreciate the thorough and detailed materials, including a wealth of research, articles, podcasts, recordings, and masterclasses to either dip into or take a deep dive in.
I’m very much looking forward to the rest of the course!

Mentors are Great
The course was well structured but the main positive of the course was my mentor Angela who helped me through the process and deadlines and also Jacqui who helped with my final assessment preparation. Without them i would have not enjoyed it as much and got the pass.

Great company and lovely supportive staff
I really enjoyed completing my course with Gemma as my skills coach. Gemma was quick at answering any questions and always there to support and reassure me. The online platform was easy to navigate and upload assessments to. 4 Week Intervention Support
I m currently mentoring a teaching assistant who is in the process of completing the level 3 teaching assistant course with BeReady. I felt a little extra help was needed to ensure all of the objectives were met in the practical sense and not just through the online modules. Sophie Horner, of the learner engagement team, guided my teaching assistant and I through a 4 week intervention and I cannot praise her efforts enough. She set up a weekly Teams meeting with the both of us, gave us both clear guidance to bridge any gaps and ensure my teaching assistant felt confident in moving forward for the final part of the course. She made it clear that the intervention was to be seen as a positive experience and it really was. Sophie was kind, compassionate and very supportive. She was a true professional and we really appreciate her going the extra mile.

Everything you need is so easy to access and the tutor is so supportive and understanding
I was so scared coming into this, I didn’t think I would be able to complete it along side work and being a single parent. However I have come to the end now and I can honestly say I have no regrets, you learn so much and it is easily accessible, and the website is easy to follow and understand. I was allocated Sophie as my tutor and she was so likeable, professional and understanding right from the very start. Tutors are there for you every step of the way and give you that bit of confidence you need each time you speak or they mark an assignment. I would recommend anyone to complete a course through BeReady.

Level 3 Teaching Assistant Course BETHANY
I honestly cannot thank my skills coach Bethany enough for all the support, kindness and encouragement she has given me throughout my Level 3 Teaching Assistant course. Balancing my full-time job with this qualification, alongside other courses I was taking, has not always been easy — but Bethany was always there, understanding my situation without any judgement and always finding ways to make things work. She went above and beyond to adapt to my schedule, offering flexibility whenever I needed it, and checking in regularly to make sure I was coping both with the workload and personally. Bethany's calm, reassuring approach made such a difference to my confidence. She always made me feel like I could achieve my goals, even when I doubted myself. Her feedback was always clear, constructive and supportive, and she always explained things in a way that made sense, no matter how complicated they first seemed.

Amazing skills coach
Kelly has been an amazing skills coach. She was so helpful and supportive throughout the course. The apprenticeship was a lot harder than I thought it was going to be but you are supported throughout the whole process and have walked away having learnt so many new skills that I have been applying into my everyday life whether at work or at home.

I have an incredibly busy workload for my full time job and she has encouraged me and kept me going to ensure I finish the apprenticeship. As part of the SEN TA Apprenticeship I have completed the first 9 modules. They have been well designed and cover a variety or topics. My Skills Tutor, Gemma, has been working with me to help me streamline my work effectively and to meet deadlines. I have found she is able to talk me through the practical and technical ways to record my off-the job hours. She has in-depth knowledge of working with SEN children and how to support them and their families. Gemma is patient, easy to trouble-shoot with and encourages curiosity when reflecting in professional discussions. She is also enthusiastic to share information to further develop my understanding of working in a SEN base within a mainstream school. I am looking forwards to our further sessions prior to my end-point assessment.

Supportive, friendly, and genuinely helpful
I had the pleasure of working with Beth during my apprenticeship and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better tutor. She was always kind, patient and explained things clearly no matter how many questions I had. Beth really took the time to understand how I learned best and always made sure I felt comfortable and confident with the material. Astonishing Experience, Remarkable Results
I have no words to thank enough the BeReady team. My learning journey started with Jennifer, who offered an amazing service from our very first communication. Sophie, my skills coach, has been absolutely supportive, helpful and flexible and made me understand my strengths while we worked on my skills; she guided me during every assessment, while she provided valuable information that improved my learning and my teaching skills. They have a wonderful team who provide the functional skills learning and if anything I will always remember Lisa, Kayleigh and Suzanne without whom I wouldn't have felt so confident to take the exams and succeed.
