BER Assessor Ashbourne

Very efficient service and priced competitively. Assessor turned up on time, very professional and issued the BER Cert within 48hrs. Great service, booking system is so easy to use and definitely recommend.

Save yourself €40

All this website does is add €40 to the price of getting a BER done. They take €40 to process giving someone else a BER, they don't actually provide anything.

Go to your the SEAI's website and source a cheaper deal with a local assessor.

Assesser don't show

Hi went online to bercert posted job got quotes booked and paid 40 euro fee on the 5th of July 2025 spoke to assesser said he would call down Nothing since its now the 26th of July 2025 so great at online stage .pointless after that let's see if bercert refund my booking fee .john lynagh

Easy to book a BER assessment

Easy to book a BER assessment, and got a very fast response from the assessor. Assessment was done as per the appointment date and time.
Very happy with the process.

Not a good experience …

After receiving 3 quotes from different BeR we went ahead with one of them. He came to the house and paid in full. The cert arrived a few days later. But there was no report/ advisory report. So after several emails/ texts and phone calls all ignored, I’m still awaiting the report 3 weeks later.

Really easy to use

Really easy to use. Quick response from multiple assessors. Very happy with John Keane who provided an excellent service at a reasonable cost. Very pleased with the site.
