Working from home during COVID-19. Back in June experienced issues with my printer. Orin was able to remote in and fix the issues. End of July noticed my scanner was not working. Again, Orin was able to remote in and got the scanner to work. Not sure what I would have done without his help. I appreciate his professionalism and how he explains things to me in a language (non-technical) that I can understand.
Exploring a new career path that requires new gear can be pretty overwhelming but Bentodesk got me up and running and fast! Besides being super-knowledgeable, Orin is probably one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet. It made the whole process smooth and I even ended up under budget!

Bentodesk, LLC was a lifesaver when it came to choosing a new laptop for our family owned small business. I was so overwhelmed looking at all the different varieties. Orin is so knowledgeable.
