I had a problem with my Electric Trolley, during a recent round I heard a loud noise ad my LH wheel was no longer working with the motor. I contacted Ben Sayers and within 24 hours they had sent me a new split pin. The service was impeccable and meant I didn't miss any golf. I would highly recommend the team at Ben Sayers.

First class products followed by first class service. My Father is 85 and still walks the course with his Ben Sayer motorised golf trolley. He came to me (as his son and former electronics engineer) to see if I could fix it as it no longer worked. Having visited social media it is apparent very few things can go wrong with them. Information said to check the controls and wiring which is located under the trolley handle. I removed the screws to find a wire loose on the connector. Contacting Ben Sayer I asked if there was a repair and what the cost was. Frankly I didnt have too much hope I would even get a response. THE SAME DAY Rob Frampton (Warranty and Technical Manager) of Tandem Group responded confirming the photos and fault were almost certainly the reason why the trolley didn't work. THE FOLLOWING DAY Rob said the trolley had been superseded by newer models and had not been in manufacture for a number of years however he had gone to stores and found a replacement wiring loom he would send FREE OF CHARGE. He also sent an A4 sheet with photos and instructions for the removal of the faulty to replace with the new. I installed it on 6th September and returned the trolley on the same day. Dad could have given up Golf after this as I do not think he would have been willing to buy a new one. I asked him not to give me anything however would he mention what happened to his golfing Partner who is Uncle to Ian Poulter and asked if he "could spread the word"! I played golf the other day and told all the 32 golfers of the terrific service I had received. I am in no doubt I wouldn't hesitate to buy Ben Sayer product and sincerely thank Rob Frampton for all his help.
The management of my previous Trolley was magnificent. The engineer Rob took me through all the stages of breakdown and supplied me with a replacement without any quibbles. Very pleased with the whole situation.

Needed some new wheels for my golf trolley. Having played over 300 rounds with the same trolley, in all sorts of weather and over all sorts of ground they needed changing. The frame was fine but the wheels had taken a beating. Rob Frampton was very helpful. Great service.

Ben Sayers electric trolley has performed excellently on my very hilly 18 hole course since purchasing earlier this year. Two minor issues were resolved immediately, efficiently and professionally by Rob of their customer services.
brought a 23 degree rescue club ,the worst club i have ever owned , cannot get the ball in the air no feel to it weighting all wrong ( i do use a 19 degree williams golf rescue which i hit perfectly fine ) if you want a cheap rescue club buy second hand ,you'll get better quality for less money

I had problems with the tyres on my Ben Sayers Golf trolley. I contacted Luke at Ben Sayers and it is not often now that you deal with someone who is so professional and understanding.
