Bennett Jones Arvostelua

Everyone has been very understanding and very helpful no problem with anything

Since the start of my IVA communication has been poor with Bennett Jones. I understand that they are busy and state it may take 10 working days for a response via email but I have had previous emails ignored when I was purchasing a new car and needed relevant documentation from them. When I've called them I've been provided misinformation and had to be put through to different representatives to resolve my queries when I've informed them of my dissatisfaction, it seems only then will they work to resolve things. I have had to chase things constantly!
This was the same when chasing up my income and expenditure reports.
I completed my final settlement for my IVA some months ago and am chasing up my certificate currently as this is holding up my house sale, I've explained the circumstances to them and have expressed my dissatisfaction as I can't do anything until I have my certificate, which they state can take up to six months. So basically, I have to put my life on hold, can't move house, can't work to rebuild my credit even after paying the final settlement months ago because it is taking them so long to complete simple admin tasks.

The process was quick and easy, without feeling any judgement. They do all of the work for you, which really takes a weight off. Would highly recommend

Extremely helpful and professional would not hesitate to recommend

Everything was made simple and easy, I couldn't thank them enough for the help they gave me and I'm stress free

Really supportive team, talked through all the options and supported with setting up the best option for me

Ever since I made them aware I could settle my outstanding IVA they have stopped contacting me, not even the automated email response anymore. It feels like they don’t want me to pay off my balance early, makes me think they just want the monthly payments off me as why else would they hinder my settlement. Very upsetting

Bennett and Jones have been so helpful i want to say a big thank you to Allan for everything he's done for me big weight off my shoulder

They made everything so easy. They are very informative and helpful. Made me feel so much better about my situation.

The customer service is just non existent now.
At the start of my IVA, it was brilliant!
I took a payment break due to being pregnant and having my baby and circumstances have changed, which I informed them.
I have asked to do a new form for expenditures. Completely avoiding me just keep trying to take my money, which I don’t have and my place of work has let me go but this company has no compassion and no customer service it’s appalling.
I have emailed them 4/5 times in 2 months and no response. I can’t call due to having a baby which I’m sure someone will understand what that’s like.
It’s appalling and very unprofessional!!!

Bennett jones have just lifted the biggest weight off our shoulders
From star to finish they was considerate, professional and trust worthy.

Thank you so much
We now look forward to being able to navigate our way with less stress and a chance tobuild a brighter future

From the start to the finish the experience and advice i was given for my IVA has been exceptional, each person dealing with my case have made me feel less pressure and stress.
Big thank you everyone.

Easy communication very respectful and explained everything in a way that made it easy to understand, a weight has been lifted from my shoulders.

Shaun sorted everything out for me. Explained everything throughly and outlined all my options.

Bennett Jones have been fantastic throughout and have helped lift a massive weight of my shoulders. Kept me up to date throughout the process. Would completely recommend to anyone who like myself was in a bad debt way to help them.

Every person I spoke to was very polite and professional. Information that was given to me was explained with detail. I will recommend them

I contacted Bennett Jones after months of lying awake worrying about debt. From the very first call they treated me with respect and absolutely no judgement.
They explained what an IVA actually involves in plain English, went through all my options, and never once pressured me into anything. They took over all the creditor calls and paperwork, kept me updated at every stage, and secured my IVA with a monthly payment I can genuinely afford on a pension.
For the first time in years I feel in control again and can plan ahead without dread. I cannot thank the team at Bennett Jones enough for their patience and clarity.
If you are putting this off, please just make the call. I wish I had done it sooner.

Great company, made the process really easy and kept me informed all the way

Great service, efficient, on the ball.

Every person I have spoke to during this process has been amazing. All so supportive and understanding to my situation. I will highly recommend to anyone know that is in need of help. Thank you so much
