The rug we bought was really poor quality (didn't lie flat on the floor, corners not finished properly). I asked to return it. They said their courier charged £820 to return (rug was just under £1000). I found a quote of £125 to return but they said I'd have to pay the customs fee if I didn't use their courier. That is over £600, which they could claim back. Such poor service. Don't order as you'll not be able to return.

The website was up to date with availability. There is a huge variety of rugs and other items to choose from, as well as advice and care instructions.
The delivery was smooth and the item was just as described.

I am very happy with my rug.
It arrived on time and is very plush with a thick dense pile.
