Benchdog Tools Arvostelua

I have three tools from Benchdogs, ordered separately over the last 3 months. Dispatch speed has been a bit variable but the quality of the tools is not - they all arrived in pristine condition (more than I can say for the last Woodpeckers item that I bought) and are a pleasure to use. Quality is on a par with other premium tool brands in my opinion. I have had occasion to contact customer services and found them friendly and helpful.
Hopefully I will find an excuse to buy something else soon!

Ordered a big base, plate and rail guides. All came before delivery date, which was really helpful to get the job done. The quality is fantastic, easy to set up and I’m sure it will last me for years to come. Highly recommend thank you.

Fantastic tools. Beautifully designed and made. A pleasure to use. Their calibration for checking things are square is outstanding and if anything else is an issue they will move incredibly quickly to resolve. A pleasure to deal with and an amazing example of Uk innovation and manufacturing.

Well engineered 5* product. Only slight negative is the slow despatch tine although this was notified on website.

I’ve ordered a few things from Benchdog tools in the last few weeks or so. I found the delivery of them a little on the slow side(from order to dispatch). That’s the ONLY negative I can find. The products are absolutely first class, precision made. Clearly a lot of thought has gone into research and development- and it shows. It’s British engineering at its best in my opinion.Cost is relative-if you want cheaper then shop elsewhere, but the quality won’t be anywhere close to Benchdog tools.

Excellent product that replaced my Festool MFT setup, proper packaging and speedy delivery to Denmark. Happy to support European businesses as well in these times.

One of the best companies I have dealt with. Brilliant products and well made with care and - love for their (and mine) attention to detail. Also made in the UK (bonus!) and shipped in good packaging. When ordering during sales delivery times are slower. But Benchdog tools are worth waiting for.

I received a notched guide rail. It was perfectly packaged and there is no sign of damage in the package or the wrapping foam. Their customer service arranged sending a replacement part which i just received in perfect condition. Good service.

I have just got into the world of bench dogs to use in my new MFT workbench. Of the sellers I have looked at and have bought from I have found that Benchdog Tools offer excellent quality products at very competitive prices. The bench dogs I have bought from them have been very well made and finished, and they are an exact fit in the holes in my workbench, with no play at all. I have bought one set of 8 bench dogs from them so far, but because of the quality and value for money of the products I shall be buying from this company again. Delivery was great; my order arrived in a couple of days.

Recently brought the ultra mk3 square rail and repeat stop in a nice box.
What a brilliant addition to my mafell slide saw. I should have brought one sooners the square makes it very simple to make accurate and repeatable cuts very quickly
The square supports many track saw rails take a look at the website for more info
If you own a slide saw or are considering buying one I would recommend you buy a bench dog ultra square.
It's also made in Britain.

Excellent quality product and a great service.

Several purchases, always top quality. Any product queries are handled expertly and swiftly. Couldn’t recommend highly enough

Everything from ordering through to use is an absolute pleasure. Quality UK tools at a price that makes you shake your head at the price of imported US ‘red’ alternatives and recognise them for the rip-offs they are.
Zero compromise red tools quality at Bangood prices and a delight to use.

I've bought a few items now over the past months and have absolutely no complaint about anything. Quality products, very approachable company when I had to contact on one occasion. If you're into MFT functionality you can't go wrong with Benchdog Tools.

Back ordered an Ultra MFT and Systainer Fence system, arrived as predicted date at time of order.
Something wrong with the fence components and it won’t sit flat on the bench.Ralph at BD called me back within 24 hours to resolve the issue. Problem - what problem ? Well done Bench Dogs and Thank you.

It's a very easy company to deal with, great website,I've just bought the Benchdogs Micro Ajust Flip Stop as usual very good quality easy to use and British made

easy to order and ship to Canada, product was well packaged and most of all great product.
Please keep the high quality ideas and items coming.

The best customer support ever! Top notch products

Great set of bench dogs.
Arrived really quickly (rural Australia)

I'm so very much pleased with my new fence from Benchdog for my Festool CSC SYS 50 table saw. It vastly improves the saw over the factory standard fence. That's saying a lot when a company betters Festool! I highly recommend this fantastic fence to anyone with the Festool saw. I recommend you get the complete kit for maximum flexibility. Also let me say that I was a little concerned about getting the product shipped from the UK to my home here in the USA. It was absolutely no problem! Benchdog and DHL did a great job!! I got it in about one week. That's better than most supplies I purchase in the USA! And the folks at Benchdog are great and respond quickly. I'll be buying from Benchdog UK again and recommend others consider the same. Thank You Benchdog!
