Belomero Arvostelua

Thought I was buying a hardback book because it said free shipping. Now they will not refund my money. Bad company do not buy from! Best Regards!

I thought I was ordering a book, need to read the fine print, all books on this site are e-books. The site shows free shipping. When I contacted the company they told me it is listed in the terms and conditions.

ZERO stars for Belomero actually (but, unfortunately that wasn’t an option). I received NOTHING for my purchase. Hope low-life Belomero dudes enjoy the $$$ i sent them. BAD business karma will trash them in the end!

Thought I was buying a physical book. It was advertised with "free shipping," that it was "in stock," and nowhere on the book's page on their site did they mention it being a PDF. 'Caveat emptor,' I suppose, but a poor business model regardless.

DO NOT BUY from them. Same thing as everyone else. VERY DECEPTIVE. Because they said no shipping, you figured it was going to be a real book.

I did not read anywhere on site this was a PDF, this is a ripoff. People.want to know what they are getting. Looked like a real book with no shipping fee for an excellent price. I guess fool me once...

I'm adding my complaint to the list of 12 others--that I wound up receiving a PDF copy of a book that I was deceptively led to believe was a hard copy. Nowhere in the actual book description page did it specify that the book was PDF; and as one commenter already pointed out--the listing actually stated "In Stock" and Part No "75" as if 75 were in stock. The ad also specified "free shipping." Seriously? How could that possibly apply to a PDF book? When I e-mailed the company requesting a refund, I was told the "terms and conditions" specify that all sales are final. It was at that point I also noticed it was ONLY IN THE TERMS and CONDITIONS THAT THEIR PRODUCTS ARE PDF!

I disputed the charge with my credit card company. I copied to PDF format all the complaints listed, and also plan to share this with my credit card company to hopefully get some visibility on this misleading advertising.

They are located in the UK and their telephone number is not functional, however they did respond to my email immediately.

Use their gmail address.

Only digital books, not paperback as advertised. Refund issued immediately.

It is a bad website. Never get the confirmation order email, PDF version or paperback book. Custom service never answer the call. I think it is a deceptive website.

Their website is clearly very misleading and doesn't state clearly that they are specializing in digital books and downloads only of them.
I thought I was getting a real copy of a book and nowhere on their website did it state that it would be a pdf version of it.

On their website, nothing in the description of the book mentioned that I would be getting a pdf. There are none! It even says "in stock" as if it were a real book waiting in a warehouse.

After doing a quick search about them it is clear that other people were mislead that way, their reviews are very poor.
l am adding mine to the choir of disappointed customers who trusted them and bought from them. I am not sure one can contact the BBB to have them look into their confusing and misleading website as the business is located in the UK, but perhaps there is a British BBB.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM EXCEPT IF YOU ARE OKAY WITH A PDF VERSION OF THE BOOK YOU ARE LOOKING FOR.
Belomero is a very deceptive company using some deceitful tactics to make business.

Never received product. I ordered a book from them.

Please be aware that these are downloads only. My sister and I both thought we were ordering actual books. It even stated free shipping. We were extremely shocked to discover that we had spent our money on a download. When I contacted the company, I got a terse response, claiming that their home page states they are a pdf company only. This is not true. Not only do they not have a home page; nowhere did it state we were buying a pdf form. I am going to report this to my bank as possible fraud.

I just had the same thing happen as other viewers.I thought I was getting a hardback book only to see its a pdf. Has anyone has any success getting a refund?

I had the same experience as the other reviews here. I contacted my credit card to reverse the charge. It's less than $10, but if every customer does it, maybe they will change their terrible business practices.

Same experience as others on this site. Fighting to get my money back.

Very deceptive !!! It never mentioned it was a pdf!!! I don't like nor use pdf books !!!! Totally upset over this !!! I want my money back to purchase a real book. I dont like downloading huge items on my phone taking up space

Dont buy unless you want PDF. Then I come to Trustpilot and they give them 3 stars. Even though it is a 100% 1 star reviews. Cant trust trustpilot either

I ordered what I believed to be a hard cover book from a new online company called Belomero. I waited over two weeks for the delivery and was getting ready to call the company when I happened upon a review from another customer who ordered what they thought was a book, only to be sent a pdf of the book instead. Checking my order again, that is in fact what I got as well. This company was extremely deceptive. No where did it say this was not a hard cover book. I would never have ordered just a pdf. Is that even legal to sell? Buyer beware with this company. I will never order anything from Belomero again.

I ordered a book and been waiting for it for 10 days now. Then I go back to the confirmation email to find out it's a pdf. This was never mentioned anywhere. And they charge almost as much as a new book cost and so there was no way I could have realised that.
