Quick delivery, and products seem good quality.

After less than 6 months of owning the 5m awning bell tent I wish we had saved our precious and hard earned money. It was clearly outlined that the purchase came with a 2 year warranty when sold to us, yet when I have emailed to ask for a new ground sheet under that warranty and CRA 2015; due to it being full of holes (25+) after only 3 uses on grass pitches. I was told the warranty only counts for sold defective items and not ones of terrible quality not built to last. Have you ever heard of a tent that needs its ground sheet replaced after 3 uses? One that cost £1000 no less. Me either. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I will be taking this issue to court just on principle. Consumer law clearly states items should last a reasonable amount of time and less than 6 months later is a no from me. Take your money elsewhere, its too late for us but doesnt need to be for you. And yes I have images to prove it. It isnt giving me the option to upload them, if I figure out how I will.

IN REPLY to BTB: I know my rights, the consumer rights act 2015 clearly states if damaged within 6 months its the fault of the seller and for them to repair or replace. Ive told you we have only used it 3 times all on grass pitches, meaning the item was sold to us faulty. I WANT A FREE REPLACEMENT AND SINCE YOU HAVE REFUSED WE WILL SEE YOU IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT.

Lily was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with my various queries. She provided me with instructions and guidance over the phone and also sourced some instructional guidance which she emailed to me.

Accidentally ordered the wrong tent, they responded to my email faster than any company ever has, so fast that when I phoned the only a couple of hours after the email I discovered they had been responding that very moment and they sorted out the proper price for the tent I wanted and changed the order before it was even sent out, made it all very easy
