Phoned them up on a Friday spoke to a lovely woman, I explained I run a glamping site and had been let down with some other tents and she managed to get the shipment out the same day and they arrived on the Monday great tents great service

Do yourself a favour, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
I want to start saying that clever people look at the bad reviews, not the good ones, because if you want to find out if any products got problems you must look at the people had problems with them, using them for longer time, not just who uses this products for few days or got something in return for writing good reviews, that happens much more often than you imagine.
If I could I would rate them 0 stars.
We bought tent, stove, water heater and other products from this company after having several mails between us, telling them exactly what we wanted to do (spend the winter in the tent in the Italians mountains) and what we needed, a good, 4-seasons, water proof tent, so they don’t have any excuses if now they will answer this tent it’s not made for that.
Is it a 4 seasons tent or not? Is it water proof or not? Is it long lasting or not?
All the answers to these questions are no, even though they gave us their word (and they also write in their website) it was like that, I mean a tent water proof, resistant, etc. Don’t trust them, like they wrote other people their customer service is really horrible, they are rude, ignorant about their own products and sales, and cheaters. They were all kind before the purchase and they showed their real face just after. They even don’t answers our emails anymore, sign of lack of seriousness and much more, but I cannot swear online even though these people deserve it.
Our experience with the tent was terrible: first of all the stove; the hinge was already broken when arrived, it fell on my hand hurting me badly, so we asked for a refund and they even didn’t want to give us that! We needed to send several mails and finally, after asking us to lie saying that the hinge was broken during the transport (and that means that somebody opened our package and seal it back with flames during the transport?!) finally they refund us, just half at first then after I got angry the whole price, but not whole actually because they didn’t pay us back the flue. We even told them we didn’t have a lot of money and we were trying to live wilder, making our own food and with less waste, but they really are not a sensitive and clever company. Plus the stove got rusty in one second, every time would get some water would appear a lot of rust. Moreover it doesn’t hold the warm at all after the fire goes out, being made in steel.
Similar story the water heater, rusty immediately, not to talk that was already broken and it couldn’t fit around the flue as they say.
At least we hoped the tent would be good, but it’s not, it’s a shame of tent for the price! It cannot resist more than one day of rain otherwise it will start to leak inside, and if it rains more inside the tent will be a waterfall! We spent a terrible winter because of them, and we even remove the tent once a month, like they say, dried it all, etc. but anyway it doesn’t resist water, just little rain and for a few hours, otherwise it’ll start to get soaked and slowly drop more and more inside, getting all your stuff wet and your food rotten. Moreover the canvas is really bad quality, already breaking after some wind next to the stove, and later even in other spots.
They will say this tent is not made for long period, but as I say this happened already the first weeks, and not even with the worst weather conditions! Moreover, I must repeat myself, we told them, BEFORE THE PURCHASE, what we wanted to do, and they suggested us the tent and the stove later we bought, they didn’t say at the moment that their products were not made for this experience. Anyway, if you sell a product waterproof, 4 seasons, it must be that, period. It cannot be already leaking and all these troubles just after one week, it cannot be!
Ah they even lie like hell, indeed before we bought the tent we asked if there would have been a black friday sales and they said no, because we thought we could save some money waiting, and with great surprise we discovered later that there was a black friday sale! Liars!
I already know they will answer to this review but I cannot give a damn, I won’t even answer to them anymore, they don’t deserve it and if they want they should have replied to my latest mails instead to be coward and answer just here, as we say in Italy lions of the keyboard, rabbits in life. Obviously they didn’t refund us.
In the end we waste more than a thousand euro, our last money practically, to buy these horrible products from them, and with this review I hope to save some of you doing a terrible and wrong purchase. There are different other companies that, for little money more, they sell much more valuable and good quality products, so do yourself a favour and buy somewhere else your products.
Bear with my english, I am not a mother language and I don’t use bots or translators.

We would like to clarify a few points to ensure an accurate reflection of the situation. whilst canvas tents are extremely durable, 6 months of continuous winter use in mountainous conditions can goes beyond what would reasonably be expected of any tent and upkeep would always be required. While we always aim to provide helpful guidance, these environments can place exceptional strain on equipment. We did explain that a heated tent with snow on the outside would cause the condensation on the inside of canvas that you experienced.
Regarding the stove, we did provide a full refund in good faith once the issue was raised. As the item was forwarded on to a secondary location before being checked, we were unable to determine at what stage the damage occurred, however we still resolved this for you as quickly as possible.
In relation to pricing, we also explained at the time that due to exchange rate differences, the price you paid was in fact lower than our Black Friday promotion, so you were not at a disadvantage.
We always aim to support our customers and reach fair resolutions. However, we must also note that communication became increasingly difficult due to the tone of correspondence received by our team. We are committed to helping wherever we can, and we kindly ask that all interactions remain respectful so we can do so effectively.
Whilst we are sorry we were unable to meet your expectations on this occasion, we would respectfully note that this does not reflect the usual standard of our products or customer service.

We placed an order for a bell tent and lots of accessories. We were contacted by phone to ensure the tent we had ordered was definately the correct one ( i had actually ordered the wrong one for what i wanted) as the team had noticed it may not be the right one. I was extremely grateful and the service was fantastic. One of our items was missing once we checked and after a quick email, Mik sorted it right away and it was received the following day! Very happy with my purchase
Lily was very helpful with my follow up questions. Tent arrived today and we put it up immediately. It is far better than we expected and great that all can stand up inside. My 10 year old loves it and will enjoy many play dates in the tent. I love the way you can open up the sides of the tent as we reach Sumner. Very happy with the purchase.
