Comment porter plainte ?

Do not buy from this vile, dishonest company. The email they provide in all of their correspondence is fictitious and email simply bounced back. I found an email address that doesn’t bounce back but no one is answering so it is impossible to arrange to return items and believe me, you will need to return items because they look nothing like the photos advertised online. They are so cheaply and poorly made. I feel really upset that I’ve clearly bought from sweat shops unknowingly because this stuff can’t have cost more than pennies to make. Don’t buy from them; you will be disappointed and you will not be able to return your items or get a refund.

This company is a scam I tried to order one top and somehow it made my order for three and then it was impossible to contact them then the order never arrived!!!..... this company is a scam and and more people need to know about it as came up on Google search and Shop is used on the website!!!!

Robe jamais expédiée, commandée il y a 6 semaines, service client contacté plusieurs fois, toujours la même réponse : nous faisons face à un nombre important de commandes mais rassurez vous votre commande sera expédiée sous 3 à 6 jours. MENSONGE!!! et impossible de se faire rembourser!!!

I ordered two shirts and had an extremely disappointing experience from start to finish.

Firstly, the shirts took around a month to arrive, which is far longer than expected. When they finally turned up, the quality was poor, the colours were noticeably different from the photos on the website, and the sizing was completely off.

As a result, I requested a full refund, which the company states is available. However, after around 10 emails back and forth, they still refuse to provide one. Instead of processing my refund request, they have repeatedly tried to offer store credit – first 20%, then 30%, then 40%, and now 70%.

I do not want store credit. I want the refund I requested from the beginning.

To make matters worse, each email response takes around 5–7 days, dragging the process out unnecessarily and making what should be a simple return incredibly frustrating.

A month-long delivery, poor-quality products, inaccurate colours and sizing, and terrible customer service when trying to resolve the issue. Based on my experience, I would not order from this company again and would strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing.

Skutečně nedůvěryhodný obchod. Dodání do 4 dnů neodpovídá skutečnosti. Objednala jsem v červnu, dosud se zásilka nepohla, stále je v Číně. Je 14.7. a nic, ani nepřicházejí zprávy o pohybu zásilky. Mám dojem, že tento obchod jen vyláká od zákazníku peníze a zboží Vám stejně nepřijde. Vy přijdete o peníze. Už zde objednávat nebudu.

Mi experiencia con esta tienda ha sido nefasta. Compré un vestido de lino y me enviaron uno de poliéster. Tras numerosas reclamaciones por email para devolverlo, no he recibido ni el formulario de devolución ni instrucciones para hacerlo. Tan solo me siguen enviándome % crédito para comprar en su tienda. Esta situación me hace sospechar que las devoluciones no se gestionan de forma adecuada. Me siento engañada y desaconsejo totalmente comprar en esta tienda.

Adresse en France mais prosuit en provenance de Chine. Le souci n est pas la car le prix n est pas justifié. Colis livré avec beaucoup de retard et non conforme. Pas de bon retour et à ma demande on ne l envoie pas. Selon leur conseil je prends la taille au dessus de la mienne je ne rentre pas dedans et je fais du 36. Retour demande on me demande la photo de l étiquette il n y en a pas. Je viens de porter plainte en ligne. Si vous êtes victime n hésitez pas à le faire afin de fermer ce site frauduleux.

Oszuści! Dostawa oferowana w 1-2 dni, po 2 tygodniach upominania się cały czas informują, żeby być cierpliwym i paczka zaraz będzie wysłana.
Po mocniejszym mailu i prośbie o anulowanie zamówienia i zwrot pieniędzy oferują rabat na zakupy zamiast zwrotu pieniędzy za zamówienie. Omijać szerokim łukiem!

Escroquerie en ligne et mauvaise foi caractérisée.

Produit commandé : robe courte modèle Tinka coton et lin.
Produit reçu : robe longue 100% polyester.
Réclamation faite avec photo des étiquettes, capture écran du site internet qui mentionne la composition Coton et Lin.

Le commerçant (je devrais dire L'escroc) refuse d'admettre l'évidence et prétend en toute mauvaise foi que le produit livré est conforme à la commande.

I agree with all the reviews placed an order for 2 tops in differant sizes because it said 30 days return i thought i could try them on and if they did not fit i could return them but 3 emails later i am still trying to get an address to send back first email said i could keep the tops and get 15% off my next order 2nd email said keep tops and get 30% off next order and the 3rd email said keep tops and get 45% off next order. This is false advertising saying 30 days return and the site should be taken down the clothes are cheap and i am now stuck with 2 tops that dont fit and £55.80 down i wish i had read the reviews DONT BUY FROM THEM IT IS A SCAM

Ich würde gerne keinen Stern geben. Das bestellte Kleid wurde so spät geliefert, ich dachte es kommt niemehr… Der Schnitt sowie die Farbe war komplett anders wie abgebildet. Kundendienst sucht Ausreden und das Geld wollen sie nicht zurückerstatten obwohl es offensichtlich Scam ist.

Absolutely poor,weeks to answer emails still unresolved, would never buy again from you/ them or recommend.People keep hold of your coin,I just wished I'd of read the reviews before ordering, keep well away

The material is very cheap. This dress looks like something that would cost around £5 on Shein, yet I paid £35 for it and it's just polyester. In the photos, the dress looked beautiful, but in reality it was very disappointing and looked nothing like expected. I would not recommend buying from this company. The clothes are shipped from China, and in my experience the quality did not justify the price.

Utter scam. This company promise rapid delivery and lead you into thinking uk based with quality pictures. Total trash arrived about 6 weeks later. Then they try to get out of their free returns policy. Avoid at all cost!
