Belledivino Arvostelua

Said despatched, gave a tracking number (Royal Mail) and never once updated. The Deb and Belledinino email do not answer you. Despite arriving after 3 days, you are left blind to what stage your parcel is at. However Items are good quality. As long as you don’t want to contact them pre or post order, you should get your items.

Delivered on time in perfect order and as described. Thank you.

Wonderful customer service , speedy delivery, and lovely jacket at a great price, What 's not to like.Give it a go.

My first, and now last, order with this website arrived with one item missing. They initially replied saying they'd post it straight away, and then despite many efforts to contact them to follow this up - via e-mail, social media, phone - they never replied again. The item never arrived, either, so it's now up to me to open a case with PayPal to obtain a refund if I want my money back.

Besides openly lying, their complete lack of response shows no regard for customer service or business integrity.

I hope nobody buys a thing from them again - they'll just get scammed.

Excellent service, very efficient and shoes and bag are perfect, love that you can buy them together

Easy to order. Good communications. Quick delivery. Very happy with my purchase.

Easy to order prompt delivery. Always kept informed of progress

We haven’t received the order! Nor have you replied to 3 emails sent to you re the address error.
Appalling lack of Customer Service! Despite multiple attempts to contact via email, WhatsApp, voicemail, website messages I have received no response, no delivery, no refund, no explanation after 14 days! Sorry Desiguel-will never use this supplier or recommend again!

Beautiful quality boots and prompt delivery. My first purchase from this lovely company and I will be purchasing again. Highly recommended indeed.

I made an order online from New Zealand. The payment went through with no issues. The item was sent straight away and a tracking number was provided. Packaging was great. Excellent service, thank you! Definitely recommend!

Getting in touch with you and waiting on a response has been a very negative stressful experience I will not be shopping with you again

Received my shoes in quick time, exactly what I wanted and super fast delivery. Second time I have ordered from this company and they are fab.

Guess it’s a bad experience since I’ve never received my order.

Excellent service as usual and I was able to buy the identical new pair to replace my old favourites which were no longer available on the actual Ruby Shoo site. Delivery was amazingly quick. What’s not to love?

Fast delivery really good value. And a perfect shoe and bag

Ordered a size 7, box came with a pair of size 8’s inside. Had to email, message etc, phoned but no answer. However Deb did respond and refund was issued but communication was slow and after waiting a week for the replacement size 7’s I was informed there was miscommunication with the warehouse and replacement was not sent! Complete waste of 2weeks, back to the drawing board to look for another pair of shoes somewhere else!!
