Quick service and great product

I had a great experience shopping with Belle Divino over this spring/summer. So far, I made three purchases, and the items were delivered quickly. I also had a specific request for a Desigual dress, and Belle Divino were able to accommodate, which I am grateful for. I think I will continue shopping with Belle Divino for Desigual items, as I had a great experience.

Excellent seller. Just as described thank you. Delivered on time.

I found this company by chance via Google and am so pleased I did! I bought a really fabulous very colourful short lightweight jacket with hood that is waterproof and brilliant. It's exactly what I wanted and has been very much admired. I'd never heard of the brand Compania Fantastica before but absolutely love their joyful use of colour so will be back to Belledivino again to buy again I know. Dispatch was swift and I can't fault the service of this company.

I was very pleased with my order. It arrived in good time & in perfect condition & it was great value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family & friends, and also to purchase from them again.

Beautiful style shoes, lovely fit.
Great service

Ware kam nicht an, ich sollte im Vorab 28€ Steuern zahlen für ein Produkt mit 60€ Wert....

Bought size 4 ladies shoes, size 7arrived. took too long to rectify and poor customer service by slow to answer several e-mails..Size 4 arrived yesterday but wife not a happy bunny!

I bought my shoes on Sunday and paid extra for next day delivery but they didn't arrive till Thursday

Prompt delivery. Item as described. Many thanks.

compre varias veces en la tienda productos DESIGUAL todos llegron muy bien y exactamente lo que compre

Beautiful stunning shoes, but they didn’t fit me! 🤦‍♀️
Very speedy responses from customer service.

So after my review the lady contacted me straight away with apologies - thank you due to a technical glitch would definately buy from her again thank you x

I ordered and paid for two pairs of shoes but only received one. Despite multiple attempts, Belle Divino has not responded to my emails or phone calls. The courier, Evri, refuses to take responsibility, leaving me with no explanation or resolution. I’m still unclear about what happened to the second pair. Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid shopping with Belle Divino.
