I ordered back in June and I still do not have my order.Nor have I been able to contact anyone concerning my order.Do not order from this site.

My husband has 2 orders he did in July. He has been tracking the orders. They both have been in Fort Myers for almost a week. We want our orders. Our credit card has already been charged. This is a fake company

This is a scam! There is another site associated with this one under the name soft fit fashion, also a scam. I’ve been in contact with their customer service over and over, they have said my package was delivered two different times, which it was not ever received. They offered to give me a 70% refund. I said hell no l, you give me 100% refund they have given me $6.31 refund so far.

BEWARE do not order, i have lost money ordering bags that never came, the order was placed on 06 18 2026 and it is almost 2 months later, still no bags they are a hoax! BEWARE I am going to attempt to get my money back but not holding my breathe. There is no way to reach these cheaters!

This company has taken $89.67 from me and I’m reporting it to my bank and the BBB.is been a horrible experience and I haven’t been able to speak with anyone nor have they reached out . This order was places 6-28-2026 and it’s 8/09/2026. Let’s be serious they are scamming people from their money and I’m tried ordering early since I’m packing for college . I’ll never trust them again . No one buy from them

I ordered merchandise on 7/6 and have been in contact with customer service nearly daily for the last 2 weeks. Today, 8/7, their horrible tracking site said my package was delivered. It was not delivered.

I have ordered some clothing on this site on 7/1/26, and to date, I have not received them. I have tried emailing support, and it came back stating that the email address cannot be found. I am frustrated as there is no phone number to contact them.
