This company is a scam! What they advertise is not what they send. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

I ordered a pearl Chanel crossbody purse. These sob’s sent me a lil ugly coin purse. And refused to give me a refund. They offered me 20% discount on my next order. There will be no next order. I really wanted that purse

I did not get what I ordered .I ordered the Pearl cross body bag after waiting two months of back in forth emails I get a bag that is nothing like I ordered.

I received my order today after waiting for a month to receive an order from Texas that was supposed to take 10-15 business days. I sent a few emails to the seller regarding the delay in delivery, but no response. I get my order today and the pink bag was not what I ordered. The seller knew when they sent it was not as described on their site…FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! I was charged $39.99 for a $5 bag. It was even the same name brand. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM SITE!!!!

Ordered 3 items: pearl crossbody, CC ball heel boots & CC silver crossbody. ALL GARBAGE. This company is a complete fraud. If you've already ordered, dispute the charge with your card company. That's the only way you'll get your money back. SHAMEFUL!

I ordered 5 items from Belladies.com. Not one of the items delivered was as depicted in the advertisements on the website—-not one. When I requested a return address and a full refund, I was offered $70 of the $204.76 that I paid, but was never given a return address. The explanation is that international shipping logistics are complicated and expensive.

I’m furious. Now, I know that the TrustPilot banner and positive reviews are fake. Buyer beware. This is a scam. Would give 0 stars if I could.

So I order a lot of on-line merchandise...some of it is cool...some of it is crap. I took a chance on this website, and of the 7 items I ordered, 2 of them SUCKED...excuse my language. The denim dress I ordered at $68.99 was not sent, they sent a black polyester blend $5.00ish looking dress instead. The brownish butterfly dress with 3D metallic-looking butterflies for $65.99...NOPE didn't receive that either, they sent a black dress with a "butterfly print" dress that is ok but not what I ordered. I sent pics to the company, and their "offer" after some back and forth was 50% refund of the two dresses and 40% off my next order. $68.99 + $65.99 is $134.98...50% would be $67.49...the refund was $53.99. Do math much? SMH...So all this to say...order at your own risk. You might get what you ordered, you might not. Another important part of this is that the order took FOREVER. I ordered 9/6/25, it didn't come until the beginning of November.

I order a bag, as to this day I never received that I want my money. I tried reaching out to them , all I got was wrong emails do not order from this company

This is the worst experience ever. I purchased the Kisslock Coach-style bag after seeing it online and on their website. I paid for fast shipping 12–14-day shipping. 1st mistake. I ordered this bag on September 28th, and it came on October 29th. I opened this box, and this bag was a mess. it is one of the worst bags I have ever purchased. I tried to reach out, and they said they would send me 10% of my money back. sent pictures and videos of this bad constructed bag and said that 10% was not going to work for me. He then told me 20% and I could keep the back. or he can give me 40% off something else. HELL, I DON'T WANT ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS COMPANY. Not even this terrible azz bag I received. I took the 20% and I will just give the bag away. I am going to report them. I'm sick of these people always taking advantage of people who they think don't have a voice. Well this one has a big voice and they messed with the wrong sister.

SCAM - NEVER RECEIVED
Shop App STILL states “preparing for shipment” as of 11/3/2025!
After 45 days from order (9/20/25) - I reached out asking where where are my items - I received an email with a bogus USPS tracking number stating my order was delivered on 10/23. Yet - NO street address was listed on any shipping info…just a city, state and zip code. IF items were shipped- why wasn’t Shop App updated with tracking number upon initial shipping date? ITEMS WERE NEVER SHIPPED.
Shopify/Shop App is of ZERO help.
AVOID Belladies - SCAM.
Says it’s a 5 star Trustpilot store - NOT.
Follow up: Left reviews with photos on Shop App for Belladies - they were deleted.

If I could give 0 stars I swear I would! The absolute worse company I’ve seen in a long time. They have a video posted with the beautiful twill dress and lg pearl crossbody. I purchased it instantly. I never received the items. No one on the website received their items. And when we tried posting the responses to not receiving the items, our comments would get deleted. It’s fraudulent

This company has your logo on their website. On trust pilot there are no reviews. How is this possible?
