Wish I had read these other reviews first. The dress I received was awful quality. When I requested a refund, they offered to send another item which was up to double the price as a replacement. The replacement item was also dreadful quality.

Totally scam company. They state on the website that they will refund but when you contact them for a return they try to negotiate sending a free gift instead of a refund or they offer 20% of the refund and want pictures and reasons why you don’t want it.

I insisted I wanted a refund but have heard nothing since.

Probably a Chinese company using a British address.

It would be 0 avoid at all costs ordered a jacket it was really not like the picture it says on the website free returns is you don’t like after 30 days and also returns at your expense sent back £27 now it’s stuck at customs and they want another £9.77 it a scam they have now started another website avoid

Yup. I should have read the reviews. The “…high quality leather bag…” i ordered not only looks like plastic, it smells like plastic too. There was already a cut in the middle of one side so I could check the interior. Whatever it’s made of, calling it “high quality leather” is misleading. Beware!

Cheap substandard product received. I ordered leather clogs and received plastic / man-made excuses for shoes. I requested a return and was then being bullied into a partial refund on the basis that the return shopping costs could be high. Four emails from me and I'm yet to receive a return address!

They do not even deserve 1 star!
Products are below inferior! Do not bother buying from them. The photographs they show are *NOTHING* like the awful product that arrives. I have sent an email and after 10 days have still not had a reply besides 'we've received your request and our support team is currently reviewing it.' I am giving them 48 hours and if I have not heard from them, I will take further action. I wish I had come to Trustpilot first before I bought anything from them.

The jacket I ordered is not waterproof as stated in the company's description .I am awaiting a response to my request for a refund but am not holding my breath, particularly after reading the review citing very similar experiences!

My experience is very similar to another user on this site. The jacket arrived after 2 weeks and it was unwearable. The stitching was terrible, threads hanging off, stuffing coming out and the colours had run into each other. There was also no care/ wash label. I supplied photos and asked for a full refund and offered to send the item back at my own cost using my own courier. I thought it would be sent back to a UK address or Amsterdam which is the registered address. I was told I would have to return the jacket back to China and was offered a replacement item and 30%, then 40% refund and keep the garment. I can't wear the item and I didn't want any more inferior goods so I insisted on a full refund but refused to pay to have to send the item back and be out of pocket. In the end I contacted PayPal (who I purchased it through), and after them contacting Belezza, they have agreed to refund my money in full. I should have done a bit more research - Lesson learned, and this will not happen again!

UPDATE
Received email from Belezza this morning after informing them that I would be reporting them to theUKICC and telling other disgruntled Customers on Trustpilot to do the same. They said they will give full refund, expect it within 5 working days. Will let you know if I receive it.

Bought a pair of cowboy boots for £100 on SALE and the quality is awful! They refused to give me a refund and I was asked to choose £100 worth of clothes and the quality of the clothes again awful unwearable! Do not purchase anything from this company! Absolutely scammers!

Unfortunately my experience of Belezza has been negative to say the least ... like many here I didn't read Trustpilot before ordering and like many have received inferior goods and despite several emails back and forth am stuck with these goods and no refund. Their website suggests returns are easy as long as made within 30 days but you have to contact them first ... THAT is the beginning of a fruitless line of communication with what I suspect to be some kind of BOT. In my opinion, this cannot be a legally operating company, but a clever unpleasant scam. I have reported my experience to UK Citizens Advice in the hope some investigation will take place, but not holding out much hope. And since beginning my comms with this company/BOT their website now suggests they are closing down - Very HARSH lesson learned.

Thought I had ordered a smart linen dress but what came was a cheap piece of material that you could see through. The company had advertised the dress as a superior fabric which concealed your stomach NOT A CHANCE!!!!
Not a UK company like they portray themselves had to return to China at a cost of £20

They are misleading customers & their customer care is quite disgusting it took me 6 emails to receive the returns address all they kept doing was offer me a discount to keep the item. I wouldn’t do that out of principle !!

I truly wish I had read reviews before purchasing. Not UK based, poor quality products received after waiting for double the expected delivery time and offered only 20% of the full price for a refund. Absolutely criminal.

INFERIOR PRODUCTS BEWARE . Misleading on quality. I ordered a pair of Mary Jane shoes in black leather , what I received was totally different. Absolutely dreadful quality and only fit for the dustbin . I’ve been totally duped into buying something that didn’t exist . Remarkably I have been offered another product to the same value as compensation. But no refund !
I wouldn’t entertain anything they want to send even for free it’s most likely all junk .

Very poor quality when items finally arrived, this company is based in China NOT UK, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME TRYING TO RETURN ANYTHING. I'LL PUT THIS DOWN TO EXPERIENCE AND LET MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY GET THIER MONEY BACK.

BUYER BEWARE. Do not deal with this company. The dress I ordered was not linen but a cheap cotton. The returns procedure is almost impossible to understand. I was offered various solutions all of which were unsatisfactory. It seems they will offer everything but not a return address. They have your money and they will not refund it without threatening to charge up to £35 for postage. Strange as they are supposed to be UK based.

Having waited 10 days for the delivery of my polo shirts (they advertised 5 days), they arrived and are at least 2 sizes too small. I am an XL in just about every make of shirt I purchase. Now, here’s the main problem, trying to return them. They have wriggled to try and avoid me sending them back, including asking me to measure them for them! Eventually they kinda agreed, but said it would cost £35! I refuse to waste good money after bad. I still do not have the details to return the goods. I have spoken to Barclays and I am confident I will get my money back through them. Belezza are NOT a UK company. They are a bunch of chancers in Chine. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

The sandals were very cheaply made. The website gives an impression of quality but couldn’t be further from the truth. Took ages for them to arrive then I released they were on their way from China. Very disappointed and stuck with them or pay £35 to return.

If this review helps ony one customer I'll be happy,my wife bought 2 pairs of shoes & only one pair fitted the other pair were odd sized hence returned for a refund,the company has gone full out with every excuse under the sun NOT to provide a full refund.

This company is hugely fraudulent. I’d avoid at all costs. Ordered a dress, didn’t fit. Looked on the site to try return and there is no way for you to process your own return label like every other clothes website. I emailed to ask and they were offering me a £16 refund for what I paid £75 for a dress. Absolutely ridiculous, telling me I also need to pay an additional £35 to return the item. May aswell have thrown £50 in the bin. Lucky enough to have only spent £75. It’s just gutting as this is a trap. The website states they offer full refunds yet this is false. Horrible to know there’s company’s out there who are happy to rob people of their money. Who knows what other young girls are ordering from their site spending their hard earned money. STAY AWAY!
