Cancelled subscription and they are still taking payments - its wrong - they've taken 4 now - ridiculous

I want to cancel this subscription

They scammed me into recurring subscription which I didn't sign up for. Won't answer emails. Product sucks.

I was going to put what happened re fake subscription etc but it’s exactly the same story as everyone else. I had to contact my bank who have put a block on them. They can no longer steal my hard earned money!

False product and won't cancel or refund - avoid

Seems like I’ve fallen for the same false subscription as everybody else. I thought I made a one time purchase. Belbexa signed me up for a recurring subscription.

Complained after the second payment and they told me, even sent me an email confirming that they’d cancelled the subscription, but continue to try and take payments again and again. Only reason they’re not getting more money as I blocked them with my bank.

Do not give this company your card details.

One big scam, that's what they are! Purchased their products in August 2025 in March 2026 they decided I had a subscription with them and charged me out of nowhere. I tried to cancel on their website but can't cancel subscription that doesn't exist. Email them and was assured that this has been cancelled now. Yet couple days ago another charge! Emailed them again and heard nothing back. This is absolutely ridiculous! Don't fall into their trap!

Nothing but scammers and robbers. Stay away.

February took another payment!

Emailed me to say it was cancelled and then tried twice in May 2026 to take a payment Shouldn't be in business.

Son unos estafadores. Te hacen una suscripción nunca solicitada. En marzo me anularon la supuesta suscripción bajo amenaza de denuncia, y hoy 16 de mayo me han vuelto a cargar otro pedido nunca realizado.

Total scam. This company is known to be scamming people and should not be allowed to trade. Disgraceful. They are robbing people by using a scam subscription service. Avoid at all costs.

I made a video be off purchase but they have set up a subscription without my knowledge. No idea how to cancel and now need to challenge payment with my credit card; I believe them to be fraudulent

I see all users did fall into same trap for illegal subscriptions and yet nothing has been done about it .. Belbexa is a day light robbers and scammers. Can someone confirm the process to put a claim against them to make them pay for all scams and robberies . They did the same to my account

I would give this company no stars because they set up subscriptions without your permission. You cancel it which appears easy on thier website and the cancellation is acknowledged by them and then low and behold they set up another subscription, take payment and set up another order. I am still trying to cancel the latest order

I would give this company no stars if I could .To my knowledge I did not subscribe Really hard to cancel by which time 3/12’s taken .Then said I had unsubscribed noe 2/12 s later taken another charge They are trying it on apologised said they would refund ,I await .

I did not sign up for an ongoing subscription firstly . The product does not work ,it actually caused a major irritation on the skin tag making the situation worse. Im going to throw the other 2 boxes away . What a waste of money and they dont have anywhere to unsubscribe. Mailed today to cancel the surprise next order , their mail reply says that my mail cannot be delivered due to a virus . What a SCAM !
