I completed the Life Map course with Jess in December 2022, and I believe it has intrinsically changed my life. It helped me work out my direction in life, the things I actually want and what to do to actually get there. It's taught me to listen too and trust myself. I highly recommend

I highly recommend working with Jess. I’ve worked with coaches and therapists before but working with Jess was something different, after only one session I went from feeling confused stuck and frustrated over a year to clarity, authentic motivation and excitement for further step to take to come in to true embodiment and alignment with that which I want to create and experience in my life. Jess holds such a powerful, healing and empowering space where you feel so seen heard and understood and supported to become the best version of yourself. Everyone need a Jess in their life!

I started off attending classes at a local venue and wasn't sure if I would enjoy the sessions online. But for the first time ever in my adult life, I was wrong!

Fantastic experience and I feel completely guided by Jess all the way. Plus I love pushing myself to see how long I can hold my breath out because it stops me feeling guilty when I have a sneaky cig knowing my lungs are doing amazing work!

Jess is incredible at her job - I couldn't recommend her more highly! She met me where I was and helped me to see my potential and take practical steps to move towards it. Over the course of two months she helped me to grow my business but more importantly to grow within myself. It has been amazing! She has left me with a greater confidence in myself, goals that I know I will reach and the ability to truly value my worth. If you're doubting for a moment whether Jess is worth the investment... she 100% is! You won't look back.

I would highly recommend Jess's coaching. I have just completed a round of sessions and I have absolutely loved them. The sessions are so warm and welcoming with a great vibe right from the start. Having to look in on yourself is tough and emotional but Jess creates such a safe, calm and relaxed environment for the sessions that you are put at ease. I looked forward to my sessions each week and intend to sign up for further sessions. Thanks Jess for being such a brilliant coach!

You then lovingly guided me with your kind gentle words into the depth of my process . I did not see what was coming and there it was . “Love is not to be trusted and love is not safe.”Wow. I had no idea that belief was lurking in the background .
I can see how this childhood trauma had locked this belief in place . Today I released it with your powerful and loving guidance. Amazingly I feel so safe with you despite my core belief.
Your listening was so deep that when you concluded with THE spiritual mind treatment I felt so heard. I felt I have never been heard this deeply before.

I had the pleasure of being coached by Jess Holliday on Thursday for my first ever e-4 session. The experience was absolutely incredible. Jess shared her knowledge of the e-4 trauma method process and neurotransmitters associated with trauma prior to my session. This was extremely comforting and help aid me in letting go. I really felt like I could trust her in her practice! At the end of the session, I felt lighter and relieved. Jess really allowed me to fully express myself. She then sent me my declarations and even offered some guidance on how to make invocations to implement them into my daily spiritual practice. She also created a graphic for me to have a visual reminder of the deceleration that stood out most to me! I am so grateful for Jess and the Soulciete Community, thank you so much!

Jess is amazing - I was sceptical on how this could impact my life , but after having cancer treatment and recovery, I felt I needed something to help reset my mind. The group session is so welcoming and Jess makes everyone feel comfortable and at home. would recommend everyone to try at least one session.

This was my second session with Jess in which she led me deep into the trauma of my childhood when I was deeply disappointed with my dad’s actions that left a mark on my belief about men. For many years I lived those beliefs and thus attracted such relationships into my life. Through this work I became aware of the pattern I lived in and where it came from and Jess pointed out to me through the session that from now on I no longer have to live the same but choose something new and different for myself. The whole experience with Jess is always full of knowledge but also love and acceptance so I feel safe to put myself into her hands. I highly recommend working with her to because her work is really transformative!

I was new to meditation when I had my first session with Jess. It has helped me so much in dealing with the daily stresses of life. For years people told me how important it was, and now I am one of those saying 'do try it for yourself - make the time'.

Jess is such a brilliant coach and guided meditation leader. I've found her voice and manner of leading her guided mediations to be particularly relaxing and calming at times of anxiety. Her mediations not only soothe in the moment, but also I feel the ripple effect days later still. Her conversations create a platform for real insights into ourselves. Jess has a genuine talent in helping each of us to find our inner calm.

Thanks to you I was able to release a lot of pain from a previous life of sexual abuse that I realise has had a huge impact on me in this lifetime when it comes to imtimate relationships. Jess is brilliant. A fantastic teacher and a great coach. She has really helped me to make positive changes.

So much knowledge about many aspects of health and well-being. A well-rounded course to kickstart health and rejuvenate. I struggled to stay on track with the food but that was just a matter of timing for me and I’m planning to do it again in the spring when my body is ready to release the ‘extra warmth’ from the winter months. Jess is an excellent teacher and has such a way of explaining complicated subject matter with such clarity.

Jess has had a massive positive effect on my life in so many ways. She has literally helped me to uplevel my self, using techniques tailored to what I needed at every step of my journey. I know my life is changing in amazing ways because of Jess. Thankyou!

My journey with Jess first started on a meditation workshop and then a 3 week boot camp refuel, renew, release course. It was the first course I have ever been on where I felt i really meant something it changed my life around, so when I got the opportunity to work with Jess on a 1:1 coaching I decided this was for me.
