They do not reply. Shoes are way too small and they took 4 days for an auto reply. It was so a weekend but computers work 24/7
Website says hassle free returns which is a lie.

Hi Carl,
I want to clarify from the start that we have an easy, open, and hassle-free returns process. We believe that the quick succession of multiple reviews from the same individual doesn't add up, and may be due to a competitor or other misleading intent.
That said, I have checked and can confirm that we responded to your initial email the same day, providing clear instructions on how to proceed with the return. Our return address varies depending on your location, which is why we don't have a single address listed on our website. We tailor the return address based on where the customer is situated to make the process as smooth as possible.
I also reached out again two days ago following your latest review, but we haven't received a response. Please double-check your spam folder for an email from support@beheight.com.
We are eager to resolve this and will await your reply.

The shoes are smart and comfortable
The shoes are stylish, discreet and comfortable. It is necessary to buy a size 1 or 2 bigger than your normal size to counteract the tilt from the heels.

An Achilles tendon rupture.
An Achilles tendon rupture, an 'airboot' producing a severe limp and pain in my hip, so I thought I'd try an elevator shoe for the other foot. However, I could find no company catering for a wide (HH) foot. I chose Beheight, for delivery, price (I only need the shoe for 6 weeks), and a soft trainer. I ordered one size larger to mitigate the wide foot, but in hindsight, I should have gone two sizes up. The shoe is very tight but allows me to walk with a much-reduced limp. Overall, I'm pleased with the compromise.

Taxes not included
Shoes arrived today, didn't have the time to properly wear them yet but feel good and the size is great.
A big problem I have, living in Germany I know there are taxes on UK products now. However, most companies take care of it by having higher shipping costs. It's fine, but the company (apparently) does not do that. I paid 20 Euros in shipping (the higher of the two shipping options I had) ONLY to pay 20 additional Euros in Taxes after it arrives. If the company had said as much on their website, I would have ordered somewhere else or had at least known but I checked and they fail to have a single mention on their entire platform about it. That does sour the milk quite a bit.

Hi Sophie, Thank you for your feedback and for bringing this to our attention. We're glad the shoes feel good and that the size is a great fit for you. However, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the unexpected taxes. We understand how frustrating that must have been and appreciate your suggestion about providing clearer information on our website.
We have also improved our delivery partner services now to include the taxes so customers will not be liable for this in most EU countries and Worldwide. We'll review this matter to improve transparency and avoid similar issues in the future. Thank you for your understanding.

Hi Dino,
Sorry for this, this is due to our delivery partner Royal Mail having delays, as posted in their delivery status updates for Jan 2024. I apologise but happy that we have now sorted this issue for you. Hope to see you again soon.
Koro leather 80
I ordered a pair of shoes, formal black, the koro leather 80. I ordered the size 9s and were way too small. I contacted customer services and I had to pay to return them but they sent my replacement out free of charge. I went up to a size 10 and they fit perfectly.
Will see how they do over time for wear and tear but I can’t fault the customer service and communication.
Cheers Ryan.
