There was a breakage in my delivery that was spotted by the delivery company. After a quick correspondence with Zak at BeerRitz the courier redelivered what was undamaged in clean and well packed condition. Only one bottle of cider had been damaged. Zak credited my account straight away. It’s how a company handles a problem that tells you the type of business you are dealing with, hence the 5 stars. Thank you.

Absolutely made up found this site
Absolutely made up found this site.
Tradition is that my Christmas present to my self is a selection of Christmas Belgian beer. Increasingly more expensive and difficult to find sites with the favourites and some recent years haven't been able to get them at all.
Not only do these stock arguably the best beers in the world (Golden Carolus Christmas amongst others) but they are reasonably priced, reasonably priced delivery and fast delivery too.
Can't recommend highly enough
Will be revisiting a lot. Thank you.

Perfect
Very good communication and service! Very friendly too. I wanted to send a gift to someone, but I live in another country it was not easy to find a good, reliable site. Then I found beerritz. There is a lot of choice and everything went very smoothly. Thank you!

Wide range of beers
Wide range of beers (though could probably do with more "traditional" bitters/ales). Very promptly delivered.

Hi Richard. Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We agree with your comment and will be adding Saltaire Brewery beers to our portfolio today and more 'traditional' ales will be back on the site. Cheers :)
