Superb beers and customer service
Huge choice of beers and despite a minor hiccup (the first in many orders) it was very quickly and sensibly resolved with a personal touch. Highly recommended.

The beer & the glassware are superb
The beer & the glassware are superb. The beer has very long use by dates. The packaging was very good and the customer contact was excellent. Only reason I havnt provided 5 star is because the delivery was 4 working days when they advertise 1 and that was because the consignment was passed between three couriers from York down to the South Coast. Keep that in mind if you need a quick delivery.

Thanks for the positive review, despite the delayed delivery. While the courier network we use has an excellent track record on next day deliveries, things don't always go to plan, so thanks for your understanding on this.
Rapid delivery and great beers

Thanks for taking the time to leave the positive review. You're right that the P&P is a bit on the high side, but this is what the couriers charge us for the fragile-handling service (in fact, they charge us a bit more than you pay). We've tried lots of options over the years, and we've always come back to this courier, as their service is very reliable.
