Incorrect words
The adult shirt was supposed to say Caffeine & Chaos and the children’s shirts were just supposed to say Chaos. All three had Caffeine & Chaos. When setting up the order there was no way to differentiate which shirt said what and I was hoping they would see the child sizes and word it appropriately.

Our design system currently prints the same selected phrase across all items in an order, regardless of size, and doesn’t automatically adjust wording for adult vs. kids’ styles. We realize that wasn’t clear during checkout, and we’re looking into ways to make customization options more intuitive moving forward.

Our printed and graphic apparel needs gentle care to protect the print and fabric from shrinking or peeling, so tumble drying is not recommended. It’s best to air dry to keep the item cute, soft and in perfect shape for longer.

Shirt I ordered was for a 4T & shirts are short & boxy not even long enough for my granddaughter. Then I requested an exchange or refund, sadly I thought I was buying off a small business or boutique & I only get 15% of my $$$ back due to customs & overseas fees!!! Ridiculous!!! This might explain why the shirt was so small, made overseas!!!! I'll never order here again & I hope this review helps others.
