Honestly I’ve been trying to reach bee mission for well over a year regarding my order. I’ve contacted them through all social media and email and filled out multiple forms for not receiving my order and haven’t gotten any response. I paid my money for a product I never received. Still a very unhappy customer.

Nice products, had some minor issues with postage however this was royal mails fault and their customer service was very responsive over email in helping me to resolve the issue

Wrote an honest review about Bee Mission that was negative, 1/5 stars for a missing order. Get this; some dude who lives in POLAND who represents Bee Mission straight up accused me of being a criminal dropshipper to warrant censoring my review, “copycat dropshipper” to be exact. So my review got pulled, I cant even believe this...

I ordered a necklace on the 5th of December (151355) and then contacted you guys after not receiving any shipping information after almost a week. You said there was delays due to demand and that it should be resolved within 2 days. It’s been 5 days since that email? I ordered this necklace for a Christmas gift and I don’t mind if it’s late but I just want to if I’m even going to receive it at all.

I made a purchase for a gift of the rose gold necklace with shipment to Serbia and the mail was lost first time around, but I paid for the insurance shipping. When I contacted and talked to Natalie in the ticket support she made it easy as soon as she saw the tracking stopped for 2 weeks she shipped to me a replacement and it just arrived this week. Good interaction.

I ordered in October, hoping I would get it by Halloween! I ordered one of their Boobees shirt in mustard and a set of earrings and a necklace. Almost $90. Theres no phone number to call and they continue to send me surveys on the products I DIDN'T RECEIVE! The ONLY response I've received back from them was to WAIT. I've called the Post Office as well as UPS and NOTHING. They did tell me that it was a foreign order number. I'm NOT happy and will call the Better Business Bureau to report. Unfortunately I looked at the reviews on BBB after I ordered.

ORDER IS MISSING! NOT RECEIVED! $90 GONE!

I don't ever write reviews but I felt it necessary this time.

I placed an order for a necklace on November 20th. I realized immediately after processing my payment that I had erroneously used my work credit card instead of my personal.

I reached out to the Bee Mission help desk within 5 minutes of placing the order. I requested that they cancel the order and reverse the charge so that I could put it through on the correct card.

I received a reply the next day stating that "[they] are unable to cancel the order once it is confirmed." That same day, I received confirmation that my order was en route.

The UPS tracking number I received indicated that the package sat in the Bee Mission warehouse for 4 days before it was even picked up. I requested multiple times during this period that it be cancelled. It's completely ludicrous for them to suggest that they were unable to pull the order at some point during this time frame.

I should also mention that the majority of the correspondence I received from their customer service team arrived at ~1AM EST.

Naturally, I was told I couldn't refuse the shipment. I would have to ship it on my own dime to a North Carolina facility in order to (maybe?) secure a refund. This alone would cost me half of what I paid for the necklace.

This whole experience has left a terrible taste in my mouth but at least I've learned a valuable lesson about interacting with scammy companies via Facebook ads. My recommendation—trust your gut, as I should have.

So I've ordered three necklaces from this site without doing my proper research.
This is just a company donating an undisclosed amount of money to help bees.
Also, they use UPS to deliver items, which in Portugal means huge custom fees + UPS fees for dealing with customs.

Once I realized this, I tried canceling my order, just one or two hours after my order.
It was a Saturday and they were closed, so I thought there would be more than enough time to cancel, right?

Wrong, they replied on TUESDAY stating they couldn't cancel because the order had been shipped.

Well, this isn't true, not only because the order still says pending on their own site but also because I've checked with my bank and they haven't even received my money.

Also, now the order doesn't take just a couple of days to arrive, by their own admission it could take weeks.

So, no, I do not recommend ordering from this site ever.
