Wrong product was shipped and have been trying to get ahold of customer service for a month

Did not receive all of my orders, they have no phone number to contact and do not respond to emails sent. What I did receive was poor quality, wrong size and colors.

received defective beads ,contacted them for return,they basked for photos - which I sent,after that no replays at all, no way of returning faulty items. Avoid

I ordered a damask pattern stencil that was much larger than the smaller average size. To my surprise it was literally 5 times cheaper than most other brands. Thinking it would be cheaply made I was shocked when it came in. It was a tiny bit thin but of good quality. WILL BE ORDERING AGAIN..... SOON!

I watched a video on how to make a bracelet that I liked and it was like a flower yellow beads yellow thread, one yellow bead one gold bead one yellow bead in the middle then two yellow beade on either side and small gold beade on both threads in both sides then string or cords drawn together and then braided somehow but the thing is. What size beads what kind of thread or cord used..how was it threaded ??? Also is there a name for that bracelet? it looked like a yellow flower...a little information would be nice plus slow down on the video that is sopouse to SHOW US HOW TO MAKE THE ITEM...YOUR VIDEOS ARE A RUSH THROUGH VIDEO A LOT OF STEPS HAVE BEEN OMITTED.. HOW CAN SOMEONE ORDER THE SUPPLIES FOR WHAT THEY WANT IF WE DON'T KNOW THE NAME OF THE BRACELET ???
