Bedsclub Ltd Arvostelua

We recently ordered a three door sliding wardrobe from bedsclub and our experience has been truly great. Both the quality of the product and the customer service response have been excellent. Would highly recommend Bedsclub .

Top-quality wardrobes and good delivery service.

The company is very efficient. I paid an additional cost for the wardrobe to be assembled. My wardrobe was delivered and assembled within 2 days of my order. Beautiful wardrobe; happy customer. I was a little disapointed that the company does not clear the packaging

I would recommend, the job was neat and installation was quick.

Gifted wardrobe from them the communication regarding delivery was on point. They have assembled it aswell at same time for me to surprise my niece. She loved it. Wardrobe is strong and long lasting.
Thankyou

Combination of quality products good service reasonable price and so on. Highly recommanded

This is a terrible company to deal with. Do not buy from them. I bought a wardrobe for my grandchildren. Paid an extra £100 to have it fitted . Next day the door handle came off the thread on the handle was broken so would not attach to the screw . The plinth has fallen off and when opening the glass mirror door it nearly fell on my grandchildren. This is so dangerous. Can not speak to anyone. They do not answer their phone or respond to emails. A wardrobe fitter contacted me about 5weeks ago he still has not been round to mend the wardrobes as they are waiting for parts to come from abroad . Absolutely disgusting customer service. All they want is you money Bought in March still waiting for a repair. Extremely dangerous for the grandchildren

Beautiful, sturdy, large wardrobe! Fast delivery, very easy dealing with the company, good communication. I added the assembly service and the guys were friendly quick and efficient. This product is amazing value for money and the company was a pleasure to deal with. I am extremely pleased all round. Would definitely recommend them. I'm very happy, thank you so much!!

Hi I ordered three wardrobes and they are very beautiful and exactly looks like a picture and very fast delivery I ordered and the next day they deliver them all we are happy with everything with delivery service with service and with quality as well definitely highly recommended
Thank you for everything

Wardrobe lovely, however the fitter was rude after I told him he had scratched my brand new floor, he called me a liar and then refused to finished the wardrobe until I paid as he didn’t trust me. I spoke to the boss who didn’t really care and told me if I didn’t pay the man was going to take it apart and take it away. The fitter not only damaged my floor but smacked the wardrobe on the walls and banister when taking it upstairs and really didn’t respect my home at all leaving the tools all over a brand new black carpet without putting anything down to protect it and was throwing the rubbish down the stairs. While this fitter is with the company I would highly NOT recommend unless you want your home damaged and the boss was really not bothered. Also the doors are not hung properly and are catching, I have reported this to the manager/boss and he hasn’t got back to me at all. Guessing they just wanted my money.

Good communication via WhatsApp slightly late with delivery but was kept updated Good job fitting the wardrobe and worked late till job was finished. It was 10.30pm but they kept going till done when most people would have left it and returned another time to complete. Will definitely purchase from here again.

REALLY RUBBISH SERVICE - THE ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON WHO YOU WHATSAPP TERRIBLE SERVICE WOULD NOT GIVE ME A STREAIGHT ANSWER ON DELIVERY OR TIMES. HE PROMISED ME A RECIPT AFTER DELICVERY NEVER GOT THAT EITHER SO NO GURANTEE. HIS DELIVERY DRIVERS DID NOT HAVE A CLUE I WAS PAYING BY BACS EVEN TOUGH I SPECIFIED WHERN ORDERED AND ALSO SAID PLEASE CAN THEY DELIVER TO THE BEDROOM AND THIS WAS NOT TOLD TO THEM. ALSO, THE SLIDING DOOR DOESNT SIT WHERE IT SUPPOSE TO SO ITS ALWAYS OPEN ONE SIDE AS THEY HAVENT FIT THIS PROPERLY. OVERALL, DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Fast delivery, the wardrobe is with lots of space very handy easy to use defensively recommend thank you so much.

Waleed and Rehman, these two were the most respectful guys I’ve come across with assembly, everything was done perfectly and actually done with maximum effort and efficiency not wasting any time at all and even was willing to travel back and forth due to my own fault of not being available just to get my parcel to me. 10/10 positive experience and would confidently purchase from here again just to get these two guys. Huge thank you to both of them, a major help.

I recently purchased the Oslo wardrobe from BedClubs and chose the assembly service as well. I had requested delivery for a specific day, but the wardrobe actually arrived the day after the date I selected. Despite that, I’m really impressed with the quality of the wardrobe and how quickly and professionally it was assembled. Overall, I’m very happy with the product and service, and I would definitely recommend BedClubs

Ordered the sliding mirrored door wardrobe - Oslo. Fantastic wardrobe and was fitted within 90min so was well worth paying the extra for him to put it up. Only concern would be that he was on his own so may need help bringing some stuff in which I forgot to mention to him. Overall excellent product and value and will definitely shop from here again

Great overall experience. I purchased a wardrobe (Oslo oak, 250 cm) and I am very pleased with it. Took me and my husband the entire day to put together (lol) but it looks stunning and plenty of storage!
Definitely recommend the business and product itself.
Thank you again!

Great service. Amazing quality wardbrobe. I am astounded by how the young fella was able to carry in those huge oblong boxes by himself. He must have had superhuman strength. I recommend this company and will be buying from them again. Great prices and great service.

Ordered the Sliding Mirrored Door Wardrobe – Milan (150cm white) and I’m very happy with it. Good quality for the price, looks stylish, and exactly as described. Delivery was quick in 4 days I had my waredrobe, and the service was professional throughout. Would definitely recommend Bedsclub to friends.

The best amazing service, they are very trusted, I love it, I will use again and I highly recommend.
